"The Consequence of Vice," by William Simoni, is a Freeport adventure that appeared in ENWorld Player's Journal #1 (by Goodman Games; © 2002); it follows the v.3.0 rules. It has been made available as a PDF through the Green Ronin website: http://grfiles.game-host.org/gr_files/freeport_WE_consequence_vice.pdf
pp. 6-7, Quentin Harks: Delete the "A:" in the fourth bullet entry.
p. 8, Mind Your Own Business: The name "Rooster Tumblefoot" was also given to a halfling rogue in Black Sails Over Freeport (see pp. 165-166 and 238 of that book), co-authored by Simoni, but their stats otherwise bear little resemblance. BSOF also has a half-elf with a name similar to Garadon (Captain Galadon, p. 211), but their classes and abilities are nothing alike.
Note that "The Pit" is also the name of the roughest section of Scurvytown, which is likely to confuse characters who have heard of one but not the other.
p. 9, The Juice Factory: Freeport: The City of Adventure includes a floor plan for a Scurvytown tenement (on p. 146). Continue the stairwell upward and downward; use the 2nd-floor plan for the 3rd and 4th stories, and add a cellar as described by the adventure.
p. 10, Appendix: NPCs & Magic Items: See the note to p. 8 about Rooster Tumblefoot and Garadon.
p. 10, Thaim Hammerforge: Craft and Profession skills should not overlap; move his ranks in Profession (Armorsmithing, Blacksmithing, and Weaponsmithing) to Craft skills. "Metalworker" is probably redundant with those three skills, so move the ranks elsewhere.
3.5 Revision Notes
The most important change is that Alchemy is now Craft (Alchemy), and requires spellcasting ability in order to craft alchemical items. Revise the alchemists' stat blocks to include a level of wizard, focusing on protective and utility spells rather than attack spells.
Replace Rooster's Innuendo with ranks of Bluff, or another rogue skill (his Spot is already maxed out). Replace Glinfield's Scry with another skill (probably Spellcraft); change Knowledge (Politics) to Knowledge (Local) or (Nobility).
