The 4E RPG magazine Level Up is published by Goodman Games. Errata for Issue #2 (July 2009) is presented below.
Articles without actual game material have been omitted: From the Editor; Villains of Eberron; Amethyst Overview; Jack's Ultra-Short Reviews; D20 Questions: Doug Kovacs; Dear Archmage Abby.
Roads to Adventure: Shadows of the Deep (p. 6)
p. 9, [map]: North is not indicated on the map. The text makes it clear that north is towards the top of the page.
p. 12, Tactics: The deep one hybrid stat block on p. 23 lacks a crossbow attack. (See correction for p. 23, below.)
p. 13, Statue of Great Cthulhu: After "Immediate Reaction", insert a tab then "Close burst 2".
PC Pearls: Redeemed Races (p. 16)
No notes.
Blackdirge's Bestiary: The Stars Are Right (p. 22)
p. 23, Deep One Hybrid: The hybrids in "Shadows of the Deep" are armed with crossbows. My best guess at an appropriate attack entry would be:
[ranged] Crossbow (standard; at will) * Weapon
Ranged 15/30; +15 vs. AC; 5 damage.
Deities of Aereth: Lasheeva (p. 28)
p. 32, Texts: In the next to last sentence, "verily" should probably be "eerily".
Azagar's Advice for Adventurers: Choose Your Weapon: Part II (p. 36)
Change the colon in the title to a comma to match the table of contents (p. 1).
GM Gems: Treasures of the Tyrant Queen's Empire (p. 42)
IMO, the title is rather purple prose--tyrant, queen, and empire/empress are a bit redundant.
p. 48, Concordance: The table is not clear on whether enslaving a creature of equal level gives a +1 or +2 to concordance. I would rule that +2 is reserved for creatures of greater level only, as with the "Owner defeats" entry. Note that defeating a creature without enslaving it reduces Concordance, as enslavement is the Bonds' purpose.
A Picture Tells a 1,000 Words: Sheep's Clothing (p. 54)
p. 55, [map]: Marius (M) must be placed on a single square when he appears on the board. The glyph (G) is okay as it, because it wards the entire 10 ft. wide entrance.
