Alice's 2011 Autobiography

I’m looking forward to seeing (old) classmates and rekindling old friendships at the reunion. In a nutshell this has been my life for the past 50 years!

After graduating from Lesley College, I received my Masters degree in counseling. I got married, moved to Easton and taught kindergarten for 6 years in Wilton. I was pregnant with my son when my husband suddenly passed away. Several years later I met and married my 2nd husband, Fred, and raised four sons. During that time I started the pet therapy program at the Jewish Home for the Elderly (JHE) in Fairfield; I am still involved in running that volunteer program as well as being on the board of the JHE Women’s Auxiliary and the Easton Senior Center! Fred and I traveled extensively before he passed away 7 years ago. I have continued traveling, playing tennis, swimming, cycling and eating! I just bought a condo in Lake Wales, FL and will be a snowbird starting in December after my trip to China.
