[Solution: Teams realize that the map is of the Four Corners region in southwestern United States, and that each dot refers to a city. The city names in the weather report refer to the angles on the map, with the actual city initials (as well as N, S, E, W, and O) as their names (i.e. Lcfa is the angle between Las Cruces, Flagstaff, and Albuquerque). Use these angles as well as the markings on the map to determine the angles of Slcngjo + Tpf + Flca, which is equal to 319 (Mr. Chase’s room).]
