Sristi sukher ullase (The joy of creative force)....

"कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन। मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥"

“Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana, Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhur Ma Te Sango Stv Akarmani”

You have every right to work but not expecting the fruits out of it. Let the focus be not on the fruits and never be inactive.

In old days life needs were very simple and most of the requirements can be produce by the person, who needs it. It was not so much skill set or resource driven what one simply cannot  creates what he requires. So the creator had a luxury to produce something what it needs, with its own spawn of inspiration and motivation. Life’s prosperity was very closely related with human aspiration or the display of pure creative force, or prosperity and joy of creation were not miles apart.

But with the development of the complex needs of the modern world, there is no direct connection between the producer and so called consumers. The only common link between them is the money, creator supposed to feed to the supply pool of the market with exchange of money and when you need the produce, you will raise a demand in the market and draw it from there, again in exchange of money. On paper system works perfectly fine and looks like an absolute win-win situation, confirming the ultimate freedom of the free will, and the entire global economy is operating by displaying this rosy picture. But the most important thing, which has been neglected in this equation, is the ‘human creative inspiration factor’. It couldn’t give the deserved importance to this human quality.

Naturally the outcome of this system is not that rosy. You have not to leave home to find this, all modern day social problems show a miserable absence of this factor from our lifestyle, like  no job satisfaction, greedy society, degrading human beings as consumer, filling life with needless product, to feed our greed we run behind money, so to earn money we try to work hard with little sense for the joy from work….this is the modern economic world we have created !

When life wants to create some thing or inspired to create something from the pure joy of creativity, it struggles to find its relevance in the world or many times in, so called, global market. In more day to day vocabulary, when you look for a job or want to apply your creativity, you need to knock door to door but struggle or many times fail to get it. This causes lot of frustration, apart from so called social problems like unemployment, poverty, unfair wealth distribution, it is the loss of human inspiration which is something invaluable. Also many time the need for the product is not driven from any creative effort but from a consumer centric mind set, need something for own gratifications. Which is often displayed in the buyer’s little respect for the creativity, they just buy the creative effort in exchange of money…. ‘Jiboner sab ratrike ora kineche alpo dame’ ( Arrogance of money doesn't hesitate to tag a number on every creation, totally ignoring what from life went into it. ) .

In the contrary when an entity ends up with a reserve of inventory, which may be result of creativity or simply harnessed from an opportunity, the marketing effort pushes hard to generate a desire for it, which may not exists in reality. So marketing effort doesn’t stop at finding who needs the product, it not even hesitates to pamper the pure greed, or drag lives into the trap of habit in the name of lifestyle… so on and so forth. That’s what we observe all over in the modern industrial world. Today’s ultimate marketing guru is who can sell ice to the Eskimos. That means who can mesmerize customer in such way, he will buy junk from you when he has abandon. Alas! and they say Customer is God!

When an entity realizes a need naturally by itself out of a creative effort and get connect with another creative entity to generate a collaborative productivity in the process, this is simply a divine connection, that’s is the true heaven for the creative forces, that’s what my poet told Sristi sukher ananda…If you come across such connection at any point in your daily life, just be at that moment and……( I don’t have any word to express this, the word coming in my mind is ‘enjoy’ which seems too shallow and self centered to capture this.)
