Image: Though history has long described Veddartha as a man, like in so many other instances history lied.  Personable.  Elegant.  Graceful.  Despite her age and power she is someone people can not only trust, but believe in.  A natural born leader, she inspires the best in others, urging them to excel and become better people.  

The faithful believe in her, and would follow her to hell without question, sacrificing their lives without hesitation at her word.

When Awaken, Veddartha will need decades to recoup her vampiric power while at the same time constructing a material power base.  She is not one to hide in the shadows.  To lead means to be known.  To inspire means to act.  

Though she is not foolish.  Like a gardener she would begin with cultivating assets, taking a personal interest in their needs, demonstrating she is worthy of that loyalty.  And while these assets might suggest an enlightened, benign ruler, the truth is she inspires fanatical loyalty in people willing to commit atrocities in her name.
