Satan’s Paladin’s “Colors” – Michelle’s biker colors were given to her by her father, a man with whom she has a strained relationship. The black leather coat and vest are the colors of the Satan’s Paladins (or Paladins) Motorcycle Club. On the back are three separate rocker patches:

On the front of the jacket there is an additional rocker patch on the lower right side with pink letters which say “Daddy’s Girl.” Above this, where the right pocket might be is a simple patch which says Ronin.
Opposite this is a similar patch which says Phoenix. Finally, above the Phoenix patch is a gold circular patch with the number 99.

After receiving the jacket, Michelle visited two Riding Clubs (family oriented motorcycle enthusiasts) and a Motorcycle Club (hard core criminal biker gang), introduced herself and explained the significance of her colors, and received permission to wear it in Arizona. The only condition was that she cannot have the name of the state or any city or county on the back.
The local clubs recognize that although the Paladin’s are a 1% organization, Michelle is not involved and has no desire to become involved in any criminal activity. To make this distinction clear she added the 99 patch, even though on the back is MC.
Michelle’s relationship with the local clubs are cordial and friendly, and although invitations have been extended to join, she has politely declined these offers.

Juggler was part of the Shadow World aristocracy of Las Vegas, once upon a time, a man that knew how to combine the occult sciences with the roll of the dice or a hand of playing cards to delve into the minds of gods or hear the whispers of the dead. He became privy to many of the great secrets of the world. When the King of the West fell, and the Usurper assumed the Throne, Juggler fled East to Phoenix, the city of rebirth. Here, he hides from his enemies and watches for the True King to return. He runs an underground casino, where he reads the dice and roulette wheel for signs and portents.
Juggler has never confirmed nor denied that he is Awakened, but he has access to knowledge of the past, present, and future beyond the ken of most people. Whether he’s looking through time or he’s communing with spirits, his information is available for a price.

The adjective most often used to describe Dagger is "asshole." He can be a bully, a predator, an opportunist, a thief, and a liar. He's a man who doesn't concern himself with what others think, and always speaks his mind. To his pack and those he calls friends, he can display unquestioning loyalty that is sometimes surprising, but to the majority of the world he's simply a dickhead who's tolerated.
To the Wolves of Coyote Skull, Dagger is a friend and a trusted member of their pack. Although outsiders might expect him to be Tequila's number 2, maybe even Alpha, both he and the Alpha realize he lacks the temperament for leadership , and he's content to follow others as long as he's kept happy.
In recent months, to the surprise of many, Dagger has developed a close relationship with Michelle Wu of Phoenix Rising. The two have become close, something that concerns both Coyote Skull and Phoenix Rising. It's not that the two are a threat to each other, but together they seem to attract trouble.

Amy Harper and Michelle Wu is a relationship that both women admit makes no sense. One is an Outlaw Biker, Individualistic, borderline criminal, who is prone to solving problems with her fists. The other is an academic, community organizer, and warrior for civil rights for oppressed people everywhere. As far as lifestyles the two have absolutely nothing in common, but in each other have found an intellectual rivalry as well as a physical compatibility that for some reason just seems to work.
For now the two of them have kept their relationship quiet, but what started as infatuation has slowly been turning into a deeper love, though both are afraid to confess this to each other.

Lana the Labrador: Lana is a 2 year old Labrador whom Michelle met when she was serving community service for assault. She had been brought to the Anderson Animal Shelter after being abandoned by a pair of drug dealers who had hoped she would make a good guard dogs. Her temperament did not fit with their vicious needs and they tossed her on the street. She moved from one family to the next without ever finding a “forever home” and might have been put down if Michelle had not broken into the animal shelter on Christmas Eve and rescued her.
Lana is unusually intelligent and self-aware for a canine. She’s playful and friendly and absolutely devoted to Michelle. She is also constantly on guard for “monsters” thought the Caesar isn’t sure what this means. The Tzimisce Andrej Balucasi often inquires about the dog, and has taken an interest in her background and breeding.

Andrej Balucasi – Occult Contact, Koldun, Tattoo Artist, Tzimisce – On the outskirts of Camarilla territory there resides a Roadhouse Bar that no decent person would ever visit. Violence is a regular occurrence, and most nights see blood on the floor. Beneath the Roadhouse is the modest parlor of Andrej Balucasi, a Tzimisce Koldun who practices a form of tattooing that has been all but lost to the world. Those who are aware of Andrej, and know where to find him, can petition to receive one of his unique designs, tattoos which are chosen by the needles rather than the artist or the client, and reflect an individual’s soul.
Andrej is extremely protective of his clients, and the Tzimisce respect for guests extends to any customer who crosses his threshold. Over the years, he and Michelle Wu have developed a cordial relationship of mutual respect, each recognizing the cultural uniqueness of the other’s lifestyle. Not friends, the pair are often willing to share information about the Community, their respective factions (to a degree), and the Occult.

Michelle’s motorcycle is a restored 1956 Harley-Davidson KHK, a prototype to their successful sportster series. She repaired and restored the bike herself, and most of the parts are vintage.
Image: The cycle has been painted a midnight black with the Eye of Horus in gold etched on either side of the gas tank. The chrome is a pristine silver, with a pair of saddle bags at the back. When she’s running, the engine purrs like a kitten.
Powers:
1. With one Quintessence the gas tank of Unnamed can be topped off. The gas mileage of the bike is double what modern motorcycles are already capable of, meaning that refueling, whether traditionally or through Quint, is needed only half as often as otherwise.
2. Coyote can lead it’s rider to wherever he or she wishes to go. The owner needs only to ask the bike to take them someplace at then start riding. This location can be specific (McDonald’s on the South Side of town near the school) or vague (someplace safe). The bike does not teleport the rider to the location. The drive must still be made, and any obstacles overcome.
Tattoos
Wonder 1
Michelle has a pair of tattoos on either arm, given to her by a Tzimisce artist. The tattooing technique is ancient, having originated in the Middle East and is quite painful. The recipient does not choose the tattoos, but instead the artist “paints” what he sees on his clients soul.
Michelle’s left arm has the image of a Buddha sitting in meditation under a tree with a mountain in the background. When one looks at it the leaves on the tree seem to rustle in the wind, and clouds drift slowly across the sky. Even the birds seem alive.
Her right arm features a tall woman with angel wings and Egyptian dress, the upper part of her face cast in shadow from a hood. She is stepping out of a gate, which sometimes appears open, and sometimes is shut. On the gate is the word Duat. In her upraised hand is a set of scales, on one side a feather, on the other a puzzle box by LeMarchand. The scales are perfectly balanced, but seem to swing from one side to the other. From whatever angle a person stands, they sense the woman is looking at them.
