The Lyme Community was not asked to submit a paper or have any involvement with the Cures Act process. It appears this was intentional. While researching something else I accidentally stumbled on the Cures 21st Century project just several days before an upcoming deadline for patients to submit their prospectives.
After quickly rallying, researching and then assisting the national Lyme Disease Association and LymeDisease.org with their white papers, the following white paper was written. It took an entirely different approach in an attempt to expose the typically unspoken truths and hopefully find someone who would address this situation behind the scenes.
