Chapter : Verse.

(Information in brackets is added to assist readers in the interpretation of the verse).

Quran 95:0 Koran 95:0 Verse 95:0 Ayah 95:0 Ayat 95:0 Aya 95:0 In the name of Allaah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.

Quran 95:1 Koran 95:1 Verse 95:1 Ayah 95:1 Ayat 95:1 Aya 95:1 (I Allaah swear to the truth) by the fig and the olive (near Jerusalem Al-Quds which are mentioned in the Gospel Injil) –

Comment 1. Olive and the fig in the Gospel Injil.

Gospel of Luke 21:37 Each day Jesus was teaching at the temple (in Jerusalem Al-Quds), and each evening he went out to spend the night on the hill called the Mount of Olives,

Gospel of Matthew 21:18 Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city (Jersualem Al-Quds), he was hungry.

Gospel of Matthew 21:19 Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. ..."

Comment 2. Allaah swears by what Allaah has created.

Comment 3. Why does Allaah swear by what humans see and cannot see in the Quran but in the Torah Taurat Allaah swears by His name?

For the people of the Torah Taurat there is nothing greater than Allaah swearing in His name (Allaah’s name).

Torah Genesis 22:16 and said: 'By Myself have I sworn, said the LORD (Allaah) …”

For the people of the Quran there is nothing greater than Allaah swearing an oath.

Quran 56:75 Verse 56:75 I (Allaah, whom your eyes cannot see) swear by the setting of the Stars (which your eyes can see).

Quran 56:76 Verse 56:76 And this is a tremendous oath (from Allaah) if you only knew (how great is the word of Allaah).

When Prophet Muhammad signed his name as the messenger of Allaah the stone idol worshippers refused to accept that signature on the peace agreement between the Muslims and the stone idol worshippers because they did not believe he was the messenger of Allaah. So with his own hand Prophet Muhammad removed the words "the messenger of Allaah."

Allaah swears by Allaah's name in the Torah Taurat because the Children of Israel believe in Allaah.

Allaah swears to the truth by what humans can see of Allaah's creation in the Quran because the stone idol worshippers only believe in what they can see.

In other revelations Allaah shall swear in the Quran by things that humans cannot see.

Quran 69:38 Verse 69:38 So I (Allaah) swear by what you (humans and jinn) see.

Quran 69:39 Verse 69:39 And by what you (humans and jinn) do not see.

3a. In other revelations Allaah swears by his name.

Quran 70:40 Verse 70:40 (It is Allaah who decides what happens, not humans). I (Allaah) swear by the Lord (Allaah) of the rising and the setting (Sun, Moon, stars, planets) that We (Allaah) are able –

Note 1. Allaah swears by his name in the Torah and Quran.

Torah Genesis 22:16 and said: 'By Myself have I sworn, said the LORD (Allaah) …”

Note 1. Allaah swears by His name in the Torah Taurat and the Quran.

3b. Can Prophet Muhammad read and write?

Quran 25:5 shows that the people of Makkah knew that Prophet Muhammad can read and write meaning the idea that Prophet Muhammad cannot read and write is not from Allaah and not from Prophet Muhammad and not from the Quran but came from people who did not understand the meaning of lettered meaning educated in the scripture of Allaah and unlettered meaning not educated in the scripture of Allaah.

See Quran 25:5 in Quran chapter 25.

Quran 95:2 Koran 95:2 Verse 95:2 Ayah 95:2 Ayat 95:2 Aya 95:2 – (I Allaah swear to the truth) by Mount Sinai (which is mentioned in the Torah Taurat).

Comment 1. Mount Sinai in the Torah Taurat.

Exodus 19:20 The Lord (Allaah) descended to the top of Mount Sinai and called Moses Musa to the top of the mountain. So Moses Musa when up.

Quran 95:3 Koran 95:3 Verse 95:3 Ayah 95:3 Ayat 95:3 Aya 95:3 And (I Allaah swear to the truth by) this town (Makkah Arabia which is mentioned in the Quran and) that is made secure (that) –

Comment 1. Makkah that is made secure in the Quran.

Quran 3:97 Verse 3:97 In it (meaning in the first House of worship in Quran 3:96 set up for humans is the one which is at Bakkah) are clear signs (for the remembrance of Allaah in the same way as everything on the earth and in the heavens are clear signs of Allaah. See Quran 2:158 mountains are signs of Allaah, Quran 5:97 the Kabah and the sacred months and animals for offering and the garlands are signs of Allaah, Quran 17:1 Zion meaning the place of the first and second Jewish Temples of Allaah in Jerusalem Al-Quds are signs of Allaah in the Jewish Hebrew Bible Psalms 84:6 – 84:8, Quran 22:32 “honour the symbols of Allaah”, Quran 22:36 camels and cattle are symbols of Allaah, Quran 39:42 life and sleep and death are signs of Allaah. It is) the place where Prophet Abraham Ibrahim stood (to pray) and whoever enters it is safe (meaning no one is allowed to harm that person because they are in the house of Allaah meaning the sanctuary of Allaah). Pilgrimage to the House (“the House” is l-bayti, the Kaaba Kabah. See Quran 2:125 “the House” is l-bayta for mankind, Quran 5:97 “the Sacred House” is l-bayta l-harama for mankind which is the Kabah, see Quran 22:26 “the House” is l-bayti which is the House for mankind in Quran 22:25 called “and the sacred mosque” is wal-masjidi l-harami, Quran 22:29 and Quran 22:33 refers to the Kabah in Makkah as the “Ancient House”) is a duty to Allaah for the person who is able to do (the journey to) it (see Quran 22:25 – 22:27). Whoever disbelieves (in Allaah know that you depend on your creator but your creator) Allaah is free from need of the universe (meaning Allaah does not depend on the creation).

Quran 48:24 Verse 48:24 And it is He (Allaah) who has kept men's hands away from you (at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah) and has kept your hands away from them inside Makkah (“Makkah” is makkata. In Quran 3:96 “at Bakkah” is bibakkata, Quran 22:29 and Quran 22:33 refers to the Kabah in Makkah as the “Ancient House”) after that He (Allaah) gave you victory over them (with peace which came at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah through the signing of the 10 year peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah which gave freedom of religion and freedom of movement and protection from attack from those who are allies of either the Muslims of Yathrib Madinah or are allies of the stone idol worshippers of Makkah). Allaah sees what you do.

Quran 106:3 Verse 106:3 Let them (the people of the tribe of Quraish) worship the Lord (Allaah) of this house (the Kabah) –

Quran 106:4 Verse 106:4 Who provides food against hunger and security (for the people of Makkah) against fear (of other people).

Quran 95:4 Koran 95:4 Verse 95:4 Ayah 95:4 Ayat 95:4 Aya 95:4 We (Allaah) created humans in the best (physical and mental) form.

Quran 95:5 Koran 95:5 Verse 95:5 Ayah 95:5 Ayat 95:5 Aya 95:5 And that We (Allaah) reduce them (humans) to be the lowest (form of behaviour in the world).

Comment 1. Quran 8:55 Verse 8:55 The worst of creatures in Allaah’s sight are the disbelievers who shall never believe (in Allaah their creator, meaning those who until their time of death continued to disbelieve in Allaah).

Quran 91:8 Verse 91:8 And (I Allaah swear to the truth by Myself) who inspired its (the human souls) wickedness (according to its evil deeds) and its righteousness (according to its good deeds).

Quran 91:10 Verse 91:10 And (for the human to understand that) the person who corrupts it (the soul with sin) has failed (in the hereafter).

Quran 95:6 Koran 95:6 Verse 95:6 Ayah 95:6 Ayat 95:6 Aya 95:6 Except those who believe and do good deeds (in the world) for whom there shall be a never ending reward (in Paradise Jannah).

Comment 1. Quran 98:7 Verse 98:7 And those who believe and do righteous deeds are the best of creations (because they have obeyed Allaah who is their creator).

Quran 91:8 Verse 91:8 And (I Allaah swear to the truth by Myself) who inspired its (the human souls) wickedness (according to its evil deeds) and its righteousness (according to its good deeds).

Quran 91:9 Verse 91:9 (And for the human to understand that) the person who cleans it (the soul of its sins) has succeeded (in the hereafter).

Comment 2. Jews and Christians who follow their Book and also believe the Quran will given a double rewarded in the hereafter.

See Quran 28:54 comments in Quran chapter 28.

Quran 95:7 Koran 95:7 Verse 95:7 Ayah 95:7 Ayat 95:7 Aya 95:7 So what makes you reject the (existence of the Day of) Judgement?

Quran 95:8 Koran 95:8 Verse 95:8 Ayah 95:8 Ayat 95:8 Aya 95:8 Is Allaah not the best of judges?

Comment 1. Allaah swears by what Allaah created 8 times in Quran 91:1 91:8 and 4 times by His name in Quran 91:5 91:8.

Allaah swears 12 times that the person who cleans his soul (of wrong doing through repentance and returning to good behaviour) will succeed in the hereafter and the person who corrupts his soul (by both not repenting and not returning to good behaviour) will fail in the hereafter in Quran 91:10.
