Quran 48:0 Koran 48:0 Verse 48:0 Ayah 48:0 Ayat 48:0 Aya 48:0 In the name of Allaah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.

Quran 48:1 Koran 48:1 Verse 48:1 Ayah 48:1 Ayat 48:1 Aya 48:1 We (Allaah) have given you (Prophet Muhammad) a clear victory (where the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH 628 CE 628 AD abolished war for the first time between the stone idol worshippers of the Quraish Quraysh tribe in Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia and their allies and the Muslims in Yathrib Medina Arabia today Madinah Saudi Arabia and their allies. Now all humans could meet in safety and after only 2 years the number of people who came to believe in Allaah had doubled).

Comment 1. In 1 AH 622 CE 622 AD Prophet Muhammad was driven out of his home town of Makkah by the threat to his life from the stone idol worshippers in Makkah.

Comment 2. In 6 AH 628 CE 628 AD the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah was a great victory from Allaah because Allaah had willed that peace would come without fighting.

Comment 3. In 8 AH 630 CE 630 AD the surrender of Makkah without fighting was a great victory from Allaah because Allaah had willed that peace would come without fighting.

Quran 48:2 Koran 48:2 Verse 48:2 Ayah 48:2 Ayat 48:2 Aya 48:2 (Prophet Muhammad ask Allaah for forgiveness everyday) so that Allaah may forgive you of your sin in the past and in the future, and may perfect His (Allaah’s) favour to you (Prophet Muhammad) and may guide you on the correct path (to Allaah).

Quran 48:3 Koran 48:3 Verse 48:3 Ayah 48:3 Ayat 48:3 Aya 48:3 And that Allaah may help you (Prophet Muhammad) with strong help.

Quran 48:4 Koran 48:4 Verse 48:4 Ayah 48:4 Ayat 48:4 Aya 48:4 It is He (Allaah) who sends calm down to the hearts of the believers to strengthen their faith. All the hosts (angels) of the heavens and the (creatures of the) earth belong to Allaah. Allaah knows all and is wise.

Comment 1. The hosts (angels) from heaven in the Quran.

In death angels take the souls of the dead.

Quran 9:26 Verse 9:26 Then Allaah sent His reassurance on His (Allaah’s) Messenger and on the believers and sent down hosts (angels that) you could not see, and punished the disbelievers (the stone idol worshippers of the Bedouin tribe of Hawazin and Thaqif of who were defeated). That is the reward (of punishment) for the disbelievers (at that battle).

Quran 48:7 Verse 48:7 All the hosts (angels) of the heavens and the earth belong to Allaah. Allaah is mighty and wise.

Comment 2. The hosts (angels) from heaven in the Torah Taurat.

Tanakh Jewish Scripture Joshua 5:13 And later when Joshua (Yushua) was near Jericho (north of the Dead Sea, today in Jordan), he lifted up his eyes and looked, and saw that a man stood against him with his sword drawn in his hand and Joshua went to him and said, “Are you for us or are you our opponent (against us)?”

Joshua 5:14 And he said, 'No (I am not against you), I am the captain of the host of the Lord (Allaah) and I have now come (to you).” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and bowed down (prostrating) and said to him, “What does my Lord (Captain of the angels) say to (me) his servant?”

Joshua 5:15 And the captain of the Lord’s (Allaah’s) host said to Joshua, “Take your shoes off your feet because the place where you stand is holy.” And Joshua did so.

Isaiah 6:3 And one (angel) called to another (angel), and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord (Allaah) of hosts, the whole earth is full of His (Allaah’s) glory.”

Quran 48:5 Koran 48:5 Verse 48:5 Ayah 48:5 Ayat 48:5 Aya 48:5 So that (because of their faith) He (Allaah) may remove from them their sins and may bring the believing men and women into Gardens (of Paradise Jannah) beneath which rivers flow and where they shall live forever. In the sight of Allaah that (faith in Allaah) is the supreme success (for the good doer, the righteous).

Quran 48:6 Koran 48:6 Verse 48:6 Ayah 48:6 Ayat 48:6 Aya 48:6 And may punish the hypocritical men and women (such as those who say they believe in Allaah but they do not believe), and the idol worshipping men and women (such as those who mistakenly pray to what Allaah created instead of praying to Allaah who is the creator and) who have an evil thought against Allaah (such as Allaah does not exist or Allaah has partners who also have the power to hear prayer or who disobey Allaah by doing evil). For them is an evil misfortune because Allaah is angry with them and has cursed them (by removing Allaah’s mercy from them), and has made for them Hell Jahannam which is the destination for evil doers.

Quran 48:7 Koran 48:7 Verse 48:7 Ayah 48:7 Ayat 48:7 Aya 48:7 All the hosts (angels) of the heavens and the (hosts creatures of the) earth belong to Allaah. Allaah is mighty and wise.

Comment 1. See Quran 48:4 comments.

Quran 48:8 Koran 48:8 Verse 48:8 Ayah 48:8 Ayat 48:8 Aya 48:8 We (Allaah) have sent you (Prophet Muhammad) as a witness bringing good news (of reward in the Hereafter for the good doer) and to give warning (of punishment in the Hereafter for the evil doer).

Quran 48:9 Koran 48:9 Verse 48:9 Ayah 48:9 Ayat 48:9 Aya 48:9 So that you (people) may believe in Allaah and His messenger (Prophet Muhammad) and support him (meaning help Prophet Muhammad, see Quran 7:157) and honour him (meaning respect Prophet Muhammad, see Quran 7:157) and praise Him (Allaah, in prayer) in the morning and evening.

Quran 48:10 Koran 48:10 Verse 48:10 Ayah 48:10 Ayat 48:10 Aya 48:10 Those who swear loyalty to you (Prophet Muhammad) are really swearing loyalty to Allaah. The Hand of Allaah is above their hands (meaning, Allaah has accepted their oath of loyalty in the hand shake that shows agreement). So whoever breaks their oath breaks it only to harm their own soul and whoever keeps their promise with Allaah, He (Allaah) shall give a great reward to them.

Comment 1. Prophet Muhammad did not want war with the stone idol worshippers.

In 6 AH 628 CE 628 AD Prophet Muhammad sent his companion Uthman bin Affan, Uthman ibn Affan as his representative to the stone idol worshippers in Makkah to tell them that Prophet Muhammad did not want war and he only wished to enter Makkah on a pilgrimage to the Sacred Mosque.

When a report came that the stone idol worshippers had killed his representative, Prophet Muhammad called his followers to swear loyalty that they would not run away when they faced the forces of the stone idol worshippers.

Then Prophet Muhammad heard that the report about the death of Uthman bin Affan, Uthman ibn Affan his representative to Makkah was false and that resulted in the Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah which brought peace between the stone idol worshippers of Makkah in Arabia and the Muslims of Yathrib Madinah in Arabia.

Two years later when the Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah was violated by an ally of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah the Muslims told the stone idol worshippers that in four months their treaty would end and the Muslims prepared for war however Allaah again had willed that peace would come without fighting when the stone idol worshippers in Makkah allowed the Muslim Army into Makkah without a fight.

See Quran 9:5 comment in Quran chapter 9.

Quran 48:11 Koran 48:11 Verse 48:11 Ayah 48:11 Ayat 48:11 Aya 48:11 Those of the Bedouins (nomadic desert Arabs from the tribes of Aslam, Ashja, Dhayl, Ghifar, Juhaynah, Muzaynah in Arabia, today Saudi Arabia) who stayed behind (when Prophet Muhammad told the Bedouins that he wanted them as security with him on a pilgrimage to Makkah but the Bedouins feared that the stone idol worshippers of Makkah would fight Prophet Muhammad and so Allaah revealed that the Bedouins) shall tell you (Prophet Muhammad), “Our properties and our families kept us busy so ask (Allaah for) forgiveness for us.” They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts (meaning, they do not speak the truth). Reply (to the Bedouins), “Who can help you against Allaah, if He (Allaah) intends harm or intends benefit for you? Allaah is aware of what you do” (meaning, you cannot lie to Allaah because Allaah always knows the truth about you).

Quran 48:12 Koran 48:12 Verse 48:12 Ayah 48:12 Ayat 48:12 Aya 48:12 You (the Bedouins) thought that the Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) and the believers would never return to their families (because they would be killed in battle) and that was made pleasing in your hearts (but there was no battle and Prophet Muhammad returned safely with the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah which was a 10 year treaty of peace between the Muslims and the stone idol worshippers). And you had an evil thought (about Allaah by believing Allaah does not exist and so you tell lies) and you became a wicked people."

Quran 48:13 Koran 48:13 Verse 48:13 Ayah 48:13 Ayat 48:13 Aya 48:13 And for those who do not believe in Allaah and His (Allaah’s) messenger We (Allaah) have prepared (in the Hereafter) a flame (in Hall Jahannam) for the disbelievers.

Comment 1. Quran 17:60 Verse 17:60 “.... We (Allaah) warn (people to do what is good and avoid what is evil) and make them afraid (of Allaah by describing the home for evil doers in Hell Fire in the Hereafter) but it only increases them (some of the humans) in nothing but greater disobedience against Allaah (and the commandment to do what is good and avoid what is evil).

Quran 48:14 Koran 48:14 Verse 48:14 Ayah 48:14 Ayat 48:14 Aya 48:14 To Allaah belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He (Allaah) forgives whom He (Allaah) will and punishes whom He (Allaah) will. Allaah is forgiving and merciful.

Quran 48:15 Koran 48:15 Verse 48:15 Ayah 48:15 Ayat 48:15 Aya 48:15 Those (the Bedouins) who stayed behind (because they were afraid to go with Prophet Muhammad on a pilgrimage incase they were opposed by the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) shall say, when you (Prophet Muhammad) go to take war booty (wealth), “Let us go with you.” They seek to change the judgement of Allaah (of them). Say (to them, Prophet Muhammad), “You (the Bedouins) shall not go with us. That is what Allaah decreed before (when you earlier said you could not go as security for Prophet Muhammad to the pilgrimage in Makkah because you were busy doing other things).” Then they (the Bedouins) shall say, “You are jealous of us.” They (the Bedouins) understand little (because in their heart is only self interest for battles if they see a chance to get a reward like war booty as they did in the days before they knew Allaah and now they show little in loyalty to Allaah and so when a battle is for defense or to repel persecution from the stone idol worshippers in Makkah the Bedouins only think about how to avoid going to the battle except if there is war booty reward for them such as in the old days before the time of the Muslims known as “the time of ignorance” when war was made for gaining wealth from those who were defeated).

Comment 1. What is the time of ignorance?

The time of ignorance is the time before Prophet Muhammad for Arabs who did not know Allaah.

Comment 2. The purpose of war.

War for the sake of war booty (wealth) is not war for the sake of Allaah.

1400 years ago Allaah established the religion of Islam and removed the persecution against Muslims by the stone idol worshippers in Makkah.

When fighting against the persecution of religion you must stop fighting when your opponent stops fighting.

1400 years ago the stone idol worshippers in Makkah surrendered without a fight to the Muslims of Yathrib.

The Muslims of Yathrib forgave the stone idol worshippers in Makkah except a few who did not want forgiveness and did not ask for forgiveness.

Quran 2:193 Verse 2:193 And fight them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) until there is no more persecution and the religion is for Allaah. But if they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) cease (stop fighting) then you stop fighting except against (continuing) wrongdoers.

Note 1. When stone idol worshippers stop fighting then Muslims must stop fighting.

Note 2. When your enemy stop fighting then Muslims must stop fighting.

Quran 48:16 Koran 48:16 Verse 48:16 Ayah 48:16 Ayat 48:16 Aya 48:16 Say to those Bedouins who stayed behind (and said earlier that they could not go as security for Prophet Muhammad to the pilgrimage in Makkah because they were busy with other things and now they say they want to go to battle), “You shall be invited to (fight) a people who are mighty in war until they submit and if you obey then Allaah shall give you a good reward but if you turn away as you did before (when you said earlier that you could not go as security for Prophet Muhammad to the pilgrimage in Makkah because you were busy doing other things) then He (Allaah) shall give you a painful punishment.”

Quran 48:17 Koran 48:17 Verse 48:17 Ayah 48:17 Ayat 48:17 Aya 48:17 There is no blame (of sin) on the blind, the disabled and the sick (who cannot go to fight in a time of war). Whoever obeys Allaah and His (Allaah’s) messenger, He (Allaah) shall admit them to Gardens (in Paradise Jannah) beneath which rivers flow and whoever turns back shall have a painful punishment from Him (Allaah in Hell Jahannam in the hereafter).

Quran 48:18 Koran 48:18 Verse 48:18 Ayah 48:18 Ayat 48:18 Aya 48:18 Allaah was very pleased with the (1,400) believers when they gave an oath of loyalty to you (Prophet Muhammad known as the pledge of al-Ridwan, Bay'at al-Ridwan, Bai`at al-Ridzwan by placing their hands in your hands) under the tree (at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah). He (Allaah) knew what (sincerity) was in their hearts and He (Allaah) sent down calm on them (to strengthen their faith) and rewarded them victory that was near (to Makkah at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah where the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah was signed).

Comment 1. See Quran 48:10 comments.

Quran 48:19 Koran 48:19 Verse 48:19 Ayah 48:19 Ayat 48:19 Aya 48:19 And many gains they shall acquire (in future). Allaah is mighty and wise.

Comment 1. Many gains in future.

A. The first gain in 6 AH 628 CE 628 AD after swearing loyalty to Prophet Muhammad was the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah in 6 AH 628 CE 628 AD between the stone idol worshippers and the Muslims which brought a doubling in 2 years in the number of Muslims.

B. The second gain was in 7 AH 629 CE 629 AD at the battle of Khaybar, Arabia between the Jews of Khaybar and the Muslims.

C. The third gain was in 8 AH 630 CE 630 AD when an ally of the stone idol worshippers broke the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah by attacking an ally of the Muslims and resulted in the peaceful surrender of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah to the Muslim Army from Yathrib and the adoption of Allaah by the people of Makkah and their abandonment of stone idol worship.

Quran 48:20 Koran 48:20 Verse 48:20 Ayah 48:20 Ayat 48:20 Aya 48:20 Allaah promised (in future for) you much gain that you shall acquire and brings this (victory) closer (with the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah), and has kept people’s (aggressive) hands away from you (with the 10 year peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah which gives freedom of religion, freedom of movement and protection from attack from those who are allies of either the Muslims of Yathrib Madinah or are allies of the stone idol worshippers of Makkah) so that it (the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah) may be a sign (of Allaah) for the believers and so that He (Allaah) may guide you on a correct path (to peace and avoid the fighting that many of you were wishing for and it was only by reminding the people that Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah that Prophet Muhammad was able to make Allaah’s will for peace prevail among the Muslims. At first Prophet Muhammad’s closest companions were reluctant to accept the idea of a peace treaty with their long time enemy because everyone saw it as a sign of humiliation and weakness but in fact the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah was a great victory because it allowed the freedom of religion for the first time without opposition from the powerful stone idol worshippers of Makkah).

Comment 1. Why is Holy war Holy?

A Holy war is Holy because only a prophet of Allaah knows the difference between human desire and the command of Allaah.

Quran 48:20 shows why only a prophet of Allaah truly knows the will of Allaah.

A. No other person in Yathrib Madinah would have thought of peacefully visiting inside the heart of the city of their long time enemy to make pilgrimage as Prophet Muhammad had planned.

Prophet Muhammad wanted to go in peace on pilgrimage to Makkah but all the Muslims wanted to fight in Makkah.

There was no peace treaty with Makkah at that time.

B. No other person from Yathrib Madinah who had travelled with 70 animals for sacrifice and was close to Makkah would have agreed to make a treaty which included turning back to Yathrib Madinah and cancelling their planed pilgrimage to Makkah for 1 year except a prophet of Allaah because everyone except a prophet of Allaah would consider it a sign of humiliation and weakness.

C. No other person from Yathrib Madinah would have agreed to remove from the treaty the words “Prophet of Allaah” and simply leave their name without a title to satisfy the stone idol worshippers of Makkah except a prophet of Allaah because everyone except a prophet of Allaah would consider it a sign of humiliation and weakness.

D. Only Prophet Muhammad knew the will of Allaah and so he was able to guide the Muslims on the path that Allaah commanded.

Quran 48:21 Koran 48:21 Verse 48:21 Ayah 48:21 Ayat 48:21 Aya 48:21 And other (gains) which you have not been able to achieve which Allaah shall make happen (in future). Allaah is able to do all things.

Quran 48:22 Koran 48:22 Verse 48:22 Ayah 48:22 Ayat 48:22 Aya 48:22 And if those who disbelieve (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah Arabia) had fought with you (at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah instead of signing the peace treaty of Hudaybiyyah) then they would have run away (from you) and found they had no protecting friend or helper (because their stone idols are creations that have no power to help anyone).

Quran 48:23 Koran 48:23 Verse 48:23 Ayah 48:23 Ayat 48:23 Aya 48:23 (This is) the established way of Allaah which has occurred before. And you shall never find any change in the way of Allaah (in the Quran, the Gospel Injil and the Tanakh Jewish Scripture).

Quran 48:24 Koran 48:24 Verse 48:24 Ayah 48:24 Ayat 48:24 Aya 48:24 And it is He (Allaah) who has kept men's hands away from you (at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah) and has kept your hands away from them inside Makkah (“Makkah” is makkata. In Quran 3:96 “at Bakkah” is bibakkata, Quran 22:29 and Quran 22:33 refers to the Kabah in Makkah as the “Ancient House”) after that He (Allaah) gave you victory over them (with peace which came at Hudaybiyyah Hudaibiyah through the signing of the 10 year peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah which gave freedom of religion and freedom of movement and protection from attack from those who are allies of either the Muslims of Yathrib Madinah or are allies of the stone idol worshippers of Makkah). Allaah sees what you do.

Comment 1. See Quran 48:20 comments.

Quran 48:25 Koran 48:25 Verse 48:25 Ayah 48:25 Ayat 48:25 Aya 48:25 They (the stone idol worshippers of Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia) are the ones who disbelieved (in Allaah) and turned you (Prophet Muhammad) away from the Sacred Mosque (“the Sacred Mosque” is l-masjidi l-harami, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah) and your offerings (of 70 camels to Allaah for the feeding of the poor which) were prevented from reaching their place of sacrifice. (You would have been allowed to enter Makkah and fight for the sake of Allaah to worship Allaah at Allaah’s Sacred Mosque in Makkah) if it were not that there were believing men and believing women who you did not know that you may have trampled (with your offerings of 70 camels that would have killed both the believers who you did not know and the non believers because of a stampede by those animals caused by fighting that Allaah knew would occur) and so unknowingly you would have an evil deed against you, (However Allaah stopped you from entering Makkah) so that Allaah might bring to His (Allaah’s) mercy whom He (Allaah) willed (by preventing you from making sin through your actions which would have killed innocent people). If they (the believers who you did not know and the wrongdoers who had sinned against Allaah) had been apart (so that only the wrongdoers who had sinned against Allaah were present) then We (Allaah) would have punished those of them who disbelieved with a painful punishment (by allowing you into Makkah and allowing the animal stampede to occur to punish the stone idol worshippers who forbid your worship of Allaah at the Sacred Mosque Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah).

Comment 1. Fighting today is not in the cause of Allaah.

A. In Quran 48:25 human actions that will result in the sudden killing of innocent people together with wrongdoers is not acceptable in the sight of Allaah.

B. Every time a civilian is killed it is proof that such fighting has nothing to do with the teachings of Allaah.

Allaah forbids the killing of people who are not fighting.

C. Every time an innocent person is killed it is proof that such fighting has nothing to do with the teachings of Allaah.

Allaah forbids the killing of innocent people.

D. No one today takes the care needed so that their actions do not harm one innocent life because today there are no living prophets.

E. Actions that do not protect every innocent human life are actions that are not for the cause of Allaah.

F. Fighting in the time of the prophets of Allaah were in the cause of Allaah because it was commanded and directed by Allaah as revealed by His prophet meaning everything that happened were under the instructions of Allaah as revealed by His prophet.

Comment 2. Bombing wherever there are crowds of people where innocent people are killed is a sin and therefore is not for the sake of Allaah.

The sin of killing innocent people.

The wrong of killing one innocent person in a crowd.

Whoever kills a person it is as if that person killed all of humankind (Quran 5:32).

Whoever saves a life it is as if that person has saved all of humankind (Quran 5:32).

If humans use bombs to go over the limits of the law of Allaah that would not allow the believers in Allaah to copy the evil that other humans did and then say they did that evil for the sake of Allaah.

When a deed is done for the sake of Allaah it becomes a sin if innocent people are harmed by that deed intentionally or unintentionally when it is caused by your human decision and your human action.

Comment 3. The Scripture of Abraham. The Scriptures of Ibrahim.

In the Scripture of Abraham Ibrahim human actions that will result in the sudden killing of innocent people together with wrongdoers is not acceptable in the sight of Allaah.

See Quran 16:26 comments about Genesis 18:24 - Genesis 18:33 in Quran chapter 16

Comment 4. The Quran confirms the Scripture of Abraham Ibrahim.

Whoever kills an innocent life has committed a terrible crime in the sight of Allaah (Quran 5:32).

Whoever kills a person it is a crime equal to killing all of mankind (Quran 5:32).

Whoever saves a life has done a deed that is equal to saving all of mankind (Quran 5:32).

See Quran 5:32 comments in Quran chapter 5.

Quran 48:26 Koran 48:26 Verse 48:26 Ayah 48:26 Ayat 48:26 Aya 48:26 Those (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) who disbelieved had arrogance (of pride) in their hearts (because while they had no right to stop any person from their religious duty of visiting the Holy Kabah they feared a loss in statues if Muslims came in large numbers), then Allaah sent His (Allaah’s) calmness on His (Allaah’s) messenger and on the believers and decreed righteousness on them (so that they had patience and could not be provoked by the actions of the stone idol worshippers who were seeking a way to make the Muslims start a conflict so that they could be made to look like they had not come in peace to the Kabah) because they (the Muslims) were more deserving and worthy of owning it (the righteousness of the belief in Allaah). Allaah knows all things.

Quran 48:27 Koran 48:27 Verse 48:27 Ayah 48:27 Ayat 48:27 Aya 48:27 Allaah has fulfilled (decreed) His (Allaah’s) Messenger’s vision (dream) in truth (when Prophet Muhammad in a dream saw himself and his companions enter Makkah to worship Allaah at the Kabah. See Quran 6:60 and Quran 39:42 “Allaah is the one who takes your souls at night”, Quran 17:60 “the vision” of Prophet Muhammad meaning the dream, Quran 38:45 the vision meaning dream of Prophet Abraham Ibrahim, Prophet Isaac Ishaq and Prophet Jacob Yaqub Israel and Quran 48:27 Prophet Muhammad’s vision meaning dream). You shall enter the Sacred Mosque (“the Sacred Mosque” is l-masjida l-harama, Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah at a future time), if Allaah wills, in safety, (you and some others with their hair) shaven and (others with their hair) cut (short), without fear (of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah). He (Allaah) knew what you did not know (in Quran 48:25) and has given you a victory that is near (with the peace Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyyah between the stone idol worshippers in Makkah and the Muslims in Yathrib Madinah which will make the vision dream come true if Allaah wills).

Comment 1. Allaah knows what you do not know as described in Quran 48:25.

See Quran 48:25 comments.

Quran 48:28 Koran 48:28 Verse 48:28 Ayah 48:28 Ayat 48:28 Aya 48:28 It is He (Allaah) who has sent His (Allaah’s) messenger (Prophet Muhammad) with guidance and to make clear to all the religion of truth (which is the belief in the one creator of everything, the one Allaah who has no partners and who is the only one with the power to hear prayer). Allaah is sufficient as a witness (to the truth).

Comment 1. Prophet Muhammad was sent to make clear that true belief is in one creator of every creation.

Quran 48:29 Koran 48:29 Verse 48:29 Ayah 48:29 Ayat 48:29 Aya 48:29 Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah. And those with him (Prophet Muhammad) are firm against the disbelievers (of Allaah, the stone idol worshippers in Makkah who persecute any of their people who abandoned stone idol worship) and merciful among themselves. You see them (believers in Allaah) bowing and prostrating (in prayer), seeking bounty from Allaah and (seeking Allaah’s) pleasure. The mark (of faith) on them is on their face (foreheads in Ezekiel 9:4, Ezekiel 9:6) from the traces of (sand that is seen there after their prayer caused by the) prostration (of their foreheads touching the ground in 2 Chronicles 7:3). That is their example (of their devotion to Allaah which is also in the Tanakh Jewish Scripture Genesis 17:3, Leviticus 9:23, Numbers 16:22, Numbers 20:6, Numbers 22:31, Joshua 7:10, Joshua 7:13, Judges 13:20, 1 Samuel 5:3-5:4, 1 Samuel 20:41, 1 Kings 18:39, Nehemiah 8:6 and in the Gospel of Matthew 26:39). And their example (of their devotion to Allaah which is also in the Tanakh Jewish Scripture in Psalms 1:2-1:3 and the Gospel of John 15:1-15:5) is like a plant that produces branches and strengthens them so they grow firmly on their own stem, delighting the sowers (who firmly plant faith in Allaah) so that He (Allaah) may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight of) them (believers because it shows to the stone idol worshippers who persecute any of their people who abandoned stone idol worship that they are not succeeding against the will of Allaah). Allaah has promised forgiveness (of sins) and a great reward (in Paradise Jannah) to those who believe (in Allaah) and who do good deeds,

Comment 1. Two other cases of prostrating.

1 Samuel 28:14 And he said to her, “What does he look like?” And she said, “An old man is coming and he is covered with a robe.” And (King) Saul Talut perceived that it was Prophet Samuel Shammil and he (King Saul Talut) bowed with his face to the ground and prostrated himself.

Note 1. Prostrating in front of a prophet is prostrating to Allaah whose words come out of the mouth of the prophet meaning prostrating is a sign of respect to the prophet through whom the word of Allaah is spoken because when you are in front of a prophet you are listening to Allaah speaking to you through the mouth of the prophet..

Isaiah 49:23 And kings shall be your foster-fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers and they shall bow down to you with their face to the earth (prostrating) and lick the dust of your feet and you shall know that I am the Lord (Allaah) because they that wait for Me (Allaah) shall not be ashamed.

Note 1. Kings and Queens prostrating to the Jewish people means they will believe the word of Allaah that is with the Jewish people.
