Quran 39:0 Koran 39:0 Verse 39:0 Ayah 39:0 Ayat 39:0 Aya 39:0 In the name of Allaah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.

Quran 39:1 Koran 39:1 Verse 39:1 Ayah 39:1 Ayat 39:1 Aya 39:1 The revelation of the Book (the Quran) is from Allaah (who is) the Al-Mighty and the Al-Wise.

Quran 39:2 Koran 39:2 Verse 39:2 Ayah 39:2 Ayat 39:2 Aya 39:2 We (Allaah) have revealed the Book (the Quran) of truth to you (Prophet Muhammad) so worship Allaah (pray to Allaah) with a belief that is sincere to Him (Allaah).”

Note 1. See Quran 39:11, 39:14

Quran 39:3 Koran 39:3 Verse 39:3 Ayah 39:3 Ayat 39:3 Aya 39:3 True religious belief is the belief in Allaah (who is the creator of every creation). Those who instead of (correctly) praying to Him (Allaah) choose other protectors (and they incorrectly say), “We pray to them (other protectors such as statues and saints and messengers and idols who are creations) so they may bring us near to Allaah (who is the creator). Allaah shall judge between them (those who correctly pray to Allaah who is the creator and those who incorrectly pray to creations) concerning their dispute (about their false belief that creations can hear prayer). Allaah does not guide those who tell lies (about Allaah) and are not grateful (to Allaah who is the only one with the power to hear prayer because Allaah is the creator of every creation).

Quran 39:4 Koran 39:4 Verse 39:4 Ayah 39:4 Ayat 39:4 Aya 39:4 If Allaah had wanted a (real) son (to be a partner with Allaah in the ruling of the heavens and the Earth), He (Allaah) could have chosen whoever He (Allaah) wanted from what He (Allaah) had created. He (Allaah) is exalted (without any need for a real biological son because only creations need children). He is Allaah, the One (creator of every creation), the supreme (the highest of importance to every creation because Allaah alone sustains every creation. Allaah has no need for help from one partner or from two partners with Allaah in a Trinity because Allaah alone has the power to rule the creation).

Comment 1. Why is Jesus not a Trinity. Why is Allaah not a Trinity.

Every prophet of God is “the Word of God made flesh” meaning the word of God comes out of the mouth of every prophet of God in Deuteronomy 18:18.

See Quran 5:116 comments in Quran chapter 5.

Quran 39:5 Koran 39:5 Verse 39:5 Ayah 39:5 Ayat 39:5 Aya 39:5 He (Allaah) has truly created the heavens and the earth. He (Allaah) makes night to follow day and day to follow night. He (Allaah) subjects the Sun and the Moon to move across their courses (in the sky) for an appointed time (in the day and night). He (Allaah) is the All-Mighty and Most-Forgiving.

Note 1. See Quran Quran 36:38 - 36:40

Quran 39:6 Koran 39:6 Verse 39:6 Ayah 39:6 Ayat 39:6 Aya 39:6 He (Allaah) created you (people) from a single person (Prophet Adam) and then from that (single person) He (Allaah) made its mate (Eve Hawa). He (Allaah) has provided for you (the people of Mecca Arabia today Makkah Saudi Arabia) eight mates (male and female) of grazing cattle (sheep, goats, oxen and camels). He (Allaah) created you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation (creating you generation after generation), in three covers of darkness (the embryonic sac, the womb and the belly). That is (done by) Allaah your Lord, to Him (Allaah) is the dominion (of all the creation). There is no Allaah except Him (Allaah). How then are you turn away (from Allaah)?

Quran 39:7 Koran 39:7 Verse 39:7 Ayah 39:7 Ayat 39:7 Aya 39:7 If you reject (Allaah, then know that), Allaah exists without need of you. He (Allaah) does not like His (Allaah’s) servants to be ungrateful (to Allaah) but if you are grateful (to Allaah) then He (Allaah) is pleased with you. No one can carry the sins of another person. The final return is to your Lord (Allaah) when He (Allaah) shall tell you (in the hereafter) what you used to do (of good and evil in your first life). He (Allaah) knows all that is in the breasts (the hearts, the minds of people).

Comment 1. Why could Jesus not carry the sins of the world? Why was Jesus not sacrificed?

See 1. Quran 4:157 and Quran 4:158 comments in Quran chapter 4.

See 2. Quran 29:57 comments in Quran chapter 29.

Quran 39:8 Koran 39:8 Verse 39:8 Ayah 39:8 Ayat 39:8 Aya 39:8 And when some trouble touches a person, they call to their Lord (Allaah) and turn to Him (Allaah, in repentance). Then when He (Allaah) grants that person a favour from Him (Allaah, by taking away the trouble) that person forgets Him (Allaah) who they had called (for help) before and (mistakenly) prays to creations (such as stone idols) instead of (correctly) praying to Allaah and so that person misleads (people) from His (Allaah’s) way (by praying to creations instead of praying to Allaah who is the creator of every creation). Say (Prophet Muhammad to the stone idol worshippers in Makkah), “Enjoy your disbelief (in Allaah) for a while. You are the companions of the Fire (in the Hereafter).”

Comment 1. Why is the life of a disbeliever precious?

Life is precious (Quran 5:32) because life allows every human to find their true belief (6:158).

Forgive disbelieves in this world just as you would like Allaah to forgive you in the hereafter (Quran 45:14).

When a believer forgives a disbeliever they are teaching Islam to the disbeliever.

Every human is a potential Muslim.

Treat every human as a potential Muslim whether they accept Islam or not.

Quran 39:9 Koran 39:9 Verse 39:9 Ayah 39:9 Ayat 39:9 Aya 39:9 Is the person who worships (Allaah) in the night, prostrating and standing in fear of the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord (Allaah), (equal in correct behaviour to those who do not)? Say (Prophet Muhammad), “Are those who know (that Allaah is the creator and the only one with the power to hear prayer) equal (in correct behaviour) with those who do not know (this)? But only people of understanding shall listen (to what you tell them).”

Comment 1. There is a difference between human life which is equal in the sight of Allaah (Quran 5:32) and human behaviour which is not equal in the sight of Allaah (Quran 5:2, 5:13).

1a. Allaah never said some human life is equal to the blood of a dog as is found in some human hadith stories.

There is a difference between human life which is equal in the sight of Allaah (Quran 5:32) and human behaviour which is not equal in the sight of Allaah (Quran 5:2, 5:13).

If hadith stories agree with the Quran then accept it.

If hadith stories do not agree with the Quran then reject it.

On the Day of Judgement Allaah judges by the words in the protected Quran.

On the Day of Judgement Allaah does not judge by the words in unprotected human hadith stories.

The Quran is the protected word of Allaah including the protected words of Prophet Muhammad.

See Quran 25:30 comments with examples of hadith stories which contradict the teachings of Allaah in Quran chapter 25.

Quran 39:10 Koran 39:10 Verse 39:10 Ayah 39:10 Ayat 39:10 Aya 39:10 Say (Prophet Muhammad), “My (Allaah’s) servants who believe, Observe your duty to your Lord (Allaah) because there is good (reward in the hereafter) for those who do good in this world, and Allaah’s earth is spacious (so there is no limit to the amount of goodness you can do in this world). The steadfast (in the worship of Allaah and in the doing of good behaviour) shall be rewarded (in Paradise Jannah) more than can be measured.”

Comment 1. Belief without good behaviour is not a true belief in Allaah.

Satan Shaitan believes in Allaah but because his behaviour is bad his home will be in Hell Jahannam.

Quran 39:11 Koran 39:11 Verse 39:11 Ayah 39:11 Ayat 39:11 Aya 39:11 “Say (Prophet Muhammad) "I am commanded to worship Allaah with sincere obedience to Him (Allaah);

Note 1. See Quran 39:2, 39:14

Quran 39:12 Koran 39:12 Verse 39:12 Ayah 39:12 Ayat 39:12 Aya 39:12 “And I (Prophet Muhammad) am commanded to be the first of those (among you in Makkah) to submit (to the will of Allaah).”

Quran 39:13 Koran 39:13 Verse 39:13 Ayah 39:13 Ayat 39:13 Aya 39:13 Say, “If I (Prophet Muhammad) should disobey my Lord (Allaah), I fear the punishment of a tremendous Day (The Day of Judgement).”

Quran 39:14 Koran 39:14 Verse 39:14 Ayah 39:14 Ayat 39:14 Aya 39:14 Say, “I worship Allaah with a religion that is sincere to Him (Allaah).”

Note 1. See Quran 39:2, 39:11.

Quran 39:15 Koran 39:15 Verse 39:15 Ayah 39:15 Ayat 39:15 Aya 39:15 “To those (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) who (mistakenly) pray to what (created stone statues) they wish instead of (correctly praying to) Him (Allaah who is the creator of every creation).” Say (Prophet Muhammad), “The losers shall be those who lose their souls and (the souls of) their family on the Day of Resurrection . That shall be a clear loss (because they followed each other in a mistaken belief).”

Quran 39:16 Koran 39:16 Verse 39:16 Ayah 39:16 Ayat 39:16 Aya 39:16 (In Hell Jahannam) they have layers of fire above them and below them. With this (information) Allaah threatens (by warning) His (Allaah’s) servants, “My (Allaah’s) servants, fear Me (Allaah).”

Note 1. Quran 17:60 Verse 17:60 “.... We (Allaah) warn (people to do what is good and avoid what is evil) and make them afraid (of Allaah by describing the home for evil doers in Hell Fire Jahannam in the Hereafter) but it only increases them (some of the humans) in nothing but greater disobedience against Allaah (and the commandment to do what is good and avoid what is evil).

Quran 39:17 Koran 39:17 Verse 39:17 Ayah 39:17 Ayat 39:17 Aya 39:17 And those who avoid worshipping Taghut (the stone idol gods in Makkah) and turn to Allaah in repentance (for what they did in the past), for them there is good news (of forgiveness from Allaah). So give good news (Prophet Muhammad) to My (Allaah’s) servants.

Quran 39:18 Koran 39:18 Verse 39:18 Ayah 39:18 Ayat 39:18 Aya 39:18 Those who listen to the word and follow the best of it are those whom Allaah guides and are the people of understanding.

Comment 1. People of understanding listen and then follow good advice and reject bad advice.

.

Quran 39:19 Koran 39:19 Verse 39:19 Ayah 39:19 Ayat 39:19 Aya 39:19 Regarding the person to whom punishment has been decreed (in the hereafter by Allaah, is such a person correctly guided)? (No, that person is misguided so) could you (Prophet Muhammad) rescue such a person who is in the Fire? (No, you Prophet Muhammad cannot help them because Allaah has decided what shall happen to that person).

Quran 39:20 Koran 39:20 Verse 39:20 Ayah 39:20 Ayat 39:20 Aya 39:20 But those who keep their duty to their Lord (Allaah), for them are high chambers (where they shall live) beneath which rivers flow (in Paradise Jannah). (This is) a promise from Allaah. Allaah does not fail to keep His (Allaah’s) promise.

Quran 39:21 Koran 39:21 Verse 39:21 Ayah 39:21 Ayat 39:21 Aya 39:21 Have you not seen how Allaah has sent down rain from the sky and then made it flow on the earth as springs of water and then produces crops of different colours and then they dry and turn yellow and then He (Allaah) makes them become small pieces (that disappear in the soil). In that is a reminder (of Allaah) for people with understanding.

Comment 1. See Quran 39:18

Quran 39:22 Koran 39:22 Verse 39:22 Ayah 39:22 Ayat 39:22 Aya 39:22 So is the person whose breast (heart, mind) Allaah has expanded for submission (to Adonai Allaah Elohim God G-d HaShem Jehovah Yahweh YHWH) so that they follow a light from his Lord (Allaah, the same in good behaviour as the person who has no true light of guidance to follow)? Misfortune is on those whose hearts (minds) are hardened so they do not remember Allaah. Those (who do not remember Allaah) are in clear error. (In Quran 39:21 “Have you not seen how Allaah …” then Quran 39:22 “the person whose heart Allaah has expanded for the acceptance of submission” to Allaah then Quran 39:23 “whoever Allaah lets go astray for them there is no guide.” Islam has two meanings, the general meaning is submission in Quran 39:22 meaning anyone who submits to Allaah such as Prophet Abraham Ibrahim in the past and the Jews who are promised Paradise Jannah in the time of Prophet Muhammad in Quran 3:113 – 3:115 and the Christians who are promised Paradise Jannah in the time of Prophet Muhammad in Quran 5:82 – 5:85 and all humans in future in the hereafter who “believed” and did good deeds including Jews and Christians and others in Quran 2:62, Quran 4:123, Quran 5:69, Quran 6:158 and Quran 41:8. If Quran 39:22 had the specific meaning of “Islam” instead of the general meaning of “submission” then it would mean no people except the people from the religion of Islam would be guided to Paradise Jannah meaning all the prophets and people before Islam would be the losers in the hereafter which is not correct because it contradicts other verses in the Quran and it does not make sense meaning the word Islam in Quran 39:22 is the general meaning “submission” and not the specific meaning “Islam.” The correct meaning of this verse is “the person whose heart Allaah has expanded for the acceptance of submission” to Allaah from the beginning of time until the Day of Resurrection. In Quran 3:19 “The religion near Allaah is submission” to Adonai God Elohim God G-d HaShem Jehovah Yahweh YHWH meaning Islam is the religion of submission when Muslims submit in Quran 47:19 “…there is no Allaah except Allaah …” and Judaism is the religion of submission when Jews submit in Torah Exodus 20:2 “.... You shall have no other gods before Me Allaah” and Christianity is the religion of submission when Christians submit in the Gospel of Jesus Isa by Luke 4:8 “… You shall worship the Lord your Allaah, and him only shall you serve.” In Quran 3:85 “And whoever seeks a religion other than submission” to Adonai Allaah Elohim God G-d HaShem Jehovah Yahweh YHWH which includes every human from the beginning of time until the end of time, for example stone idol worship “it shall not be accepted by Allaah in the Hereafter and such a person shall be one of the losers in the hereafter.” This is confirmed and explained in Quran 3:64 "let us come to an agreement between Jews and Christians and us Muslims that we shall worship no one but Allaah" and Quran 5:48 "For each community of Jews, Christians and Muslims Allaah has appointed a divine law and a way of submission. If Allaah willed Allaah could have made Jews, Christians and Muslims one community. But Allaah tests the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims by what Allaah has given you in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil and the Koran Quran to show who is best in behaviour. So strive for all that is good. To Allaah you shall all return and Allaah shall then inform you in the Hereafter about the correctness of the religious matters in which you the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims argue among each other.” The specific meaning of Islam is revealed 3 months before the death of Prophet Muhammad in the farewell speech of Prophet Muhammad in Quran 5:3).

Quran 39:23 Koran 39:23 Verse 39:23 Ayah 39:23 Ayat 39:23 Aya 39:23 Allaah has revealed the best statement (the best message, the best word, the best news, the best report, the best information, the best hadith in) a Book (the Quran) whose statements confirm each other. The skins shiver among those who fear their Lord (Allaah) and then their skins and their hearts relax when they remember Allaah (in praise of Allaah and in prayer to Allaah). That (Quran) is the guidance of Allaah, He (Allaah) guides with it (the Quran) whom He (Allaah) wills. And whoever Allaah lets go astray for them there is no guide (to righteous behaviour).

Comment 1. Quran 7:185, Quran 25:29, Quran 25:30, Quran 31:6, Quran 39:23, Quran 45:6 and Quran 77:50 asks when you have the word of Allaah in the Quran what other report would you believe?

See Quran 25:30 comments with examples of hadith stories which contradict the teachings of Allaah in Quran chapter 25.

Quran 39:24 Koran 39:24 Verse 39:24 Ayah 39:24 Ayat 39:24 Aya 39:24 Is the (behaviour of the) person (whose hand shall be chained to their neck and) who shall use their face to shield them self (away) from the punishment (of a hot Sun on the land in heaven) on the Day of Resurrection (the same as the behaviour of the righteous person who shall be at peace protected from the hot Sun on the land in heaven on the Day of Resurrection)? It shall be said to the wrong-doers, “Taste (the punishment because of) what you used to earn (in your first life).”

See Quran 39:47

Quran 39:25 Koran 39:25 Verse 39:25 Ayah 39:25 Ayat 39:25 Aya 39:25 Those (people who lived) before them (before the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) rejected (the messengers of Allaah) and so the punishment (from Allaah) came to them, from which direction they did not know (because it came suddenly and unexpectedly).

Quran 39:26 Koran 39:26 Verse 39:26 Ayah 39:26 Ayat 39:26 Aya 39:26 So Allaah made them (the wrong doers who lived on the earth before the time of the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) taste humiliation in the life of the world and the punishment in the Hereafter shall be greater if they only knew (how much greater is that punishment in Hell Jahannam for those who choose to do evil behaviour instead of choosing to do good behaviour).

Quran 39:27 Koran 39:27 Verse 39:27 Ayah 39:27 Ayat 39:27 Aya 39:27 And We (Allaah) have made for people all kinds of examples in this Quran so that they (the people) might think (and understand and remember Allaah).

Quran 39:28 Koran 39:28 Verse 39:28 Ayah 39:28 Ayat 39:28 Aya 39:28 (It is) a Quran in Arabic without deviation (from the truth) so that you might become righteous (in good behaviour by remembering Allaah).

Comment 1. What is the truth?

Quran 26:196 Verse 26:196 It (the revelations from Allaah in the Quran) is (also) in the Scriptures of the people of the past (in the Torah Taurat and the Gospel Injil).

Quran 41:43 Verse 41:43 Nothing is said (by Allaah) to you (Prophet Muhammad) except what has already been said to the messengers before you. Your Lord (Allaah) is the possessor of forgiveness and severe punishment.

Quran 39:29 Koran 39:29 Verse 39:29 Ayah 39:29 Ayat 39:29 Aya 39:29 Allaah gives the example of a person (a servant) who belongs to many partners (who are his masters and) who disagree with each other (about the duties of that person), and another person (also a servant) who belongs entirely to one man (one master), are those two (servants, one servant who is ruled by many masters who are partners with each and the other servant who is ruled by only one master who rules without other partners) equal in comparison? (The man ruled by more than one master is given commands that are changing as his guidance but the man with one master is given one command that does not change as his guidance). Praise is to Allaah but most of them (stone idol worshippers in Makkah) have no knowledge (of the reality of Allaah who rules without the need for partners such as stone idols and saints or any other creation because Allaah is the one creator and the one master of every creation).

Quran 39:30 Koran 39:30 Verse 39:30 Ayah 39:30 Ayat 39:30 Aya 39:30 You (Prophet Muhammad) shall die (one day) and they (all creations including those people who do not believe you) shall die (one day).

Comment 1. The Quran prepares the first Muslims for the death of the prophet in the following way.

See Quran 3:144 where all the messengers before Prophet Muhammad have died meaning if everyone before this time has died would you not also expect Prophet Muhammad will also die.

See Quran 3:144 comment in Quran chapter 3.

Comment 2. See Quran 5:75 where all the messengers before Prophet Jesus have died and both Jesus and Mary use to eat food meaning both Jesus and Mary also died meaning if everyone before the time of Jesus died and both Mary and Jesus died would you not also expect Prophet Muhammad will also die.

See Quran 5:75 comment in Quran chapter 5.

Comment 3. Everywhere in the Quran the word "passed away' means died as explained in Quran 3:144 comments and Quran 5:75 commenst above.

See Quran 25:30 comments with examples of hadith stories which contradict the teachings of Allaah in Quran chapter 25.

Quran 39:31 Koran 39:31 Verse 39:31 Ayah 39:31 Ayat 39:31 Aya 39:31 Then on the Day of Resurrection you (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah who do not believe Prophet Muhammad) shall dispute with your Lord (Allaah).

Quran 39:32 Koran 39:32 Verse 39:32 Ayah 39:32 Ayat 39:32 Aya 39:32 And who did the greater wrong than the person who told a lie about Allaah (by mistakenly praying to creations such as stone statues instead of correctly praying to Allaah who is the creator of every creation) and rejected the truth when it (the truth from Allaah’s messenger) reached them? Shall the home of disbelievers not be in Hell Jahannam?

Quran 39:33 Koran 39:33 Verse 39:33 Ayah 39:33 Ayat 39:33 Aya 39:33 The righteous are whoever brings the truth (as revealed by the messengers of Allaah) and those (people) who believe it (the message of Allaah calling on humans to do good and reject evil).

Quran 39:34 Koran 39:34 Verse 39:34 Ayah 39:34 Ayat 39:34 Aya 39:34 They shall have what they desire (in the hereafter) with their Lord (Allaah). That is the reward for the good doers.

Comment 1. In the hereafter Allaah rewards those who did goodness in this world.

Quran 4:114 Verse 4:114 There is no good in most of their (the people’s) private conversation except in the person who calls for charity, kindness and peace making between humans, he (the person) who does this (charity, kindness and peace making between humans) and seeks the approval of Allaah, We (Allaah) shall give them a great reward (in Paradise Jannah in the Hereafter).

Quran 5:2 Verse 5:2 "... Help each other in goodness and righteousness but do not help each other in evil and crime. ..."

Quran 11:113 Verse 11:113 And do not incline to those (people) who do wrong (by doing the wrong that they do) incase the Fire (of punishment in Hell Jahannam in the Hereafter) touches you. You have no protectors except Allaah Allaah (in the hereafter but if you incline to those who do what is wrong by doing the wrong that they do), then you shall not be helped (by the protection of Allaah in the hereafter).

Quran 39:35 Koran 39:35 Verse 39:35 Ayah 39:35 Ayat 39:35 Aya 39:35 So that Allaah shall remove from them the worst of what they did (by forgiving their sins) and shall reward them for the best (deeds) that they used to do (in their first life).

Comment 1. Repenting and returning to good behaviour removes your sins through the mercy and forgiveness of Allaah.

Quran 6:158 Verse 6:158 "... belief in it (Allaah and the Day of Resurrection and Judgement) shall not help any soul that before seeing the sign (of the Day of Resurrection) did not believe (in Allaah) or if in belief (he or she) did not earn good (by doing righteous deeds in their life). ....”

Quran 29:9 Verse 29:9 And for those who believe and do righteous deeds We (Allaah) shall make them enter among the righteous (in Paradise Jannah).

Quran 39:36 Koran 39:36 Verse 39:36 Ayah 39:36 Ayat 39:36 Aya 39:36 (Prophet Muhammad) is not Allaah sufficient for (the protection of) His (Allaah’s) servant? Yet they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) threaten you (Prophet Muhammad) with those (stone statues) who are not Him (Allaah). There is no guide for the person whom He (Allaah) has misguided (because it is Allaah who has decreed the time when each human shall be guided or misguided and no one can know or change what Allaah has decreed for each person).

Comment 1. Protect the stone idol worshippers.

It is forbidden for a Muslim to kill an innocent Muslim or an innocent non Muslim.

Muslims must protect the innocent life of both Muslims and non Muslims.

Muslims must protect the innocent among the stone idol worshippers.

Muslims must protect stone idol worshippers who do not fight against them.

Muslims must protect all people both believers and disbelievers who do not fight against them.

Muslims must protect all civilians both believers and disbelievers because they are not fighting.

Quran 9:6 Verse 9:6 And if any of the idol worshippers asks for your protection (because they do not want to fight Muslims), then (Prophet Muhammad) protect that person (the idol worshipper) so they may hear the Word of Allaah and afterward take that person to their place of safety (to their home which is located with their people so that they might think about Allaah). That (introduction to the word of Allaah) is because they are a people who do not know (Allaah).

Quran 39:37 Koran 39:37 Verse 39:37 Ayah 39:37 Ayat 39:37 Aya 39:37 And the person whom Allaah guides no one can misguide (because it is Allaah who has decreed the time when each human shall be guided or misguided and no one can know or change what Allaah has decreed for each person). Is not Allaah the mighty and the one able to respond against wrong doers (in this world and in the hereafter)?

Quran 39:38 Koran 39:38 Verse 39:38 Ayah 39:38 Ayat 39:38 Aya 39:38 And if you should ask them (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah), “Who created the heavens and the earth?” They would say, “Allaah.” Say (to them), “If Allaah intened harm for me are they (the stone statues that you worship) able to remove His (Allaah’s) harm or if He (Allaah) intended mercy for me are they (the stone statues that you worship) able to prevent His (Allaah’s) mercy?" Say (to them), “Allaah is sufficient for me. In Him (Allaah) the wise (person) put their trust.”

Quran 39:39 Koran 39:39 Verse 39:39 Ayah 39:39 Ayat 39:39 Aya 39:39 (Prophet Muhammad) say, “My people (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah), Do whatever you can (in your life). I am (also) doing what I can (in my life). You shall come to know –”

Quran 39:40 Koran 39:40 Verse 39:40 Ayah 39:40 Ayat 39:40 Aya 39:40 – “For who the punishment is coming that shall disgrace them (in this world) and on who is coming the everlasting punishment (in the Hereafter).

Quran 39:41 Koran 39:41 Verse 39:41 Ayah 39:41 Ayat 39:41 Aya 39:41 We (Allaah) have revealed to you (Prophet Muhammad) the Book of truth (The Quran) for humankind. So whoever is guided it is for (the benefit of) their soul and whoever strays, strays away (from Allaah) to their disadvantage. And you (Prophet Muhammad) are not a guardian over them (meaning that every person is responsible for their own fate in the Hereafter).

Comment 1. Every person is responsible for their behaviour in this life which will determine their fate in the Hereafter. See 39:34 - 39:36 comments

Quran 39:42 Koran 39:42 Verse 39:42 Ayah 39:42 Ayat 39:42 Aya 39:42 Allaah takes the souls at the time of their death and (also takes the souls of) those who have not died (but are alive) during their sleep (when Allaah saved the life of Jesus Isa with sleep so that his body did not move making everyone believe that Jesus Isa was dead on the cross in Quran 4:157 by raising the soul of Jesus Isa to heaven and to Allaah in Quran 4:158). He (Allaah) keeps those (souls) for which He (Allaah) had decreed death and sends the rest (of the souls to awaken the sleeping body) for a predetermined period of time (such as when Allaah returned the soul of Jesus Isa three days after the crucifixion to wake up the sleeping body of Jesus Isa on the earth in the Gospel of John 20:17, Quran 5:72, Quran 5:117 and Quran 19:36 when Jesus Isa delivered the message that Jesus Isa is not Allaah by saying Allaah is my Allaah and your Allaah meaning Allaah is my Father and your Father meaning Allaah is my Creator and your Creator meaning Allaah is my Master and your Master meaning Allaah is my Lord and your Lord as proof that no one had killed him on the cross or crucified him to death on the cross, after which they return to sleep again or die as in Quran 5:75 where Mary Maryam and Jesus Isa “use to eat food” meaning they both died 2000 years ago and Quran 3:144 where the “the messengers before Prophet Muhammad have died” meaning Jesus Isa is dead because Jesus Isa is the messenger before Prophet Muhammad. In Quran 5:117 Jesus died when he lived with the children of Israel 2000 years ago when he was raised by the angel of death). In this are signs (of Allaah) for people who think.

Note 1. Allaah does not take the human body to heaven (Quran 39:42).

Note 2. Only the human soul is raised to heaven (Quran 39:42).

Note 3. The human body is only needed on the Earth (Quran 39:42).

Note 4. The human body is not needed in heaven (Quran 39:42).

Note 5. The human soul is alive in heaven without a human body (Quran 39:42).

Note 6. What happened to Prophet Jesus Isa on the cross in Quran 4:157 and Quran 4:158 is explained in Quran 39:42.

Note 7. The Quran confirms what is in the Gospel Injil of Isa by Mark, Matthew, Luke and John that is with the Christians today as proof that no one can change the words of Allaah and as proof of the truthfulness of the Quran.

Comment 1. Allaah raised the soul in the story of Jesus.

Allaah raised the soul of Jesus when he fainted into sleep on the cross meaning Jesus was not killed on the cross and Jesus was not crucified to death on the cross but the life of Jesus was saved when he fell into sleep on the cross and his soul was raised to Allaah for 3 days and then the soul of Jesus was returned to the earth to wake up his sleeping body so that he could teach his people that "Allaah is my Allaah and your Allaah" meaning Allaah is my Lord and your Lord and teach them that "Allaah is my Father and your Father" meaning Allaah is my creator and your creator until his natural death in Quran 5:75 where Jesus and Mary use to eat food meaning they both died 2000 years ago and in Quran 3:144 where the messengers before Prophet Muhammad have passed away meaning Jesus died a natural death 2000 years ago.

See Quran 39:42 comments in Quran chapter 39..

Comment 3. Allaah takes your soul when you die but Allaah also takes your soul when you are alive sleeping.

The first thing said by Orthodox Jews in the morning when they wake up from sleep is: “Thank you, living and eternal King (Allaah), for You (Allaah) have mercifully restored my soul within me. Great is your faithfulness (in keeping Your promises).”

Lamentations 3:22 Surely the LORD'S mercy never ends, surely His compassion never fails.

Lamentations 3:23 They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness (in keeping your promises).

Lamentations 3:24The LORD is my portion”, says my soul; 'Therefore I will (put my) hope in Him (Allaah).'

Psalm 23:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalm 23:2 He (Allaah) makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

Psalm 23:3 He (Allaah) restores my soul; He guided me in straight paths for His name's sake.

Isaiah 29:10 For the LORD has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep …”

Isaiah 29:11 And the vision (dream) of all this …

Note 1. The Spirit of death is the angel of death who removes the soul at the time of death.

Note 2. The Spirit of deep sleep is the angel of deep sleep who removes the soul from the living body during sleep and returns it to wake up the sleeping body.

The following Jewish pray is based on Jewish scripture regarding the spirit and sleep and death.

In Lamentations 3:23-3:34 in every new morning comes a new message from the soul.

In Psalm 23:3 Allaah restores the soul.

In Isaiah 29:10 Allaah gives sleep and dreams.

Adon Olam ("Eternal Lord" or "Sovereign of the Universe" is Jewish prayer sung with music).

The Lord of the Universe who reigned

before anything was created.

When all was made by his will

He was acknowledged as King.

And when all shall end

He still all alone shall reign.

He was, He is,

and He shall be in glory.

And He is one, and there's no other,

to compare or join Him.

Without beginning, without end

and to Him belongs dominion and power.

And He is my Allaah, my living Allaah.

to Him I flee in time of grief,

and He is my miracle and my refuge,

who answers the day I shall call.

To Him (Allaah) I commit (give) my spirit (soul),

in the time of sleep (during sleep) and awakening (when the soul returns to wake up the body)

even if my spirit (soul) leaves (in the time of death),

Allaah is with me, I shall not fear.

Quran 39:43 Koran 39:43 Verse 39:43 Ayah 39:43 Ayat 39:43 Aya 39:43 Do they (the people of Makkah) choose (stone idols as) intercessors instead of Allaah (by mistakenly praying to creations instead of praying to Allaah who is the creator of every creation)? Say, “Even though they (the stone statues which you worship) have power over nothing and they (your stone idols) have no intelligence?”

Quran 39:44 Koran 39:44 Verse 39:44 Ayah 39:44 Ayat 39:44 Aya 39:44 Say, “To Allaah belongs all (the power of) intercession. His (Allaah’s) is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. To Him (Allaah) you shall return (in the Hereafter).”

Quran 39:45 Koran 39:45 Verse 39:45 Ayah 39:45 Ayat 39:45 Aya 39:45 And when the one Allaah is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter are repelled but when those (stone idols which they mistakenly pray to) instead of (correctly praying to) Him (Allaah who is the one creator of every creation) are mentioned they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) rejoice (with love for their stone idols).

Quran 39:46 Koran 39:46 Verse 39:46 Ayah 39:46 Ayat 39:46 Aya 39:46 Say, “Allaah, Creator of the heavens and the earth. Knower of the invisible and the visible. You (Allaah) shall judge between Your (Allaah’s) servants concerning what they used to dispute (regarding the mistaken worship of stone statues instead of worshipping Allaah who is the creator of every creation including the creator of stone from which humans have carved images).”

Quran 39:47 Koran 39:47 Verse 39:47 Ayah 39:47 Ayat 39:47 Aya 39:47 And if those who did wrong had all that is on the Earth and much more and they could offer it to ransom themselves with it (to escape) from the punishment (of Allaah under a hot sun in the hereafter) on the Day of Resurrection (their ransom would not save them) then it (the punishment) from Allaah (on the Day of Resurrection and Judgement) which they had not believed (during their first life) would become apparent to them.

See Quran 39:24.

Quran 39:48 Koran 39:48 Verse 39:48 Ayah 39:48 Ayat 39:48 Aya 39:48 And the evils that they did (in their first life) shall appear to them and what they used to ridicule (meaning, the reality of the Hereafter) shall surround them (and become clear to them).

Quran 39:49 Koran 39:49 Verse 39:49 Ayah 39:49 Ayat 39:49 Aya 39:49 And when some trouble touches a person, they call to their Lord (Allaah) but when We (Allaah) grant that person a favour from Us (Allaah), that person says, “This (escape from trouble) is because of my cleverness." No (that is wrong), it is a test (of their gratefulness to Allaah) but most of them do not know (this).”

Quran 39:50 Koran 39:50 Verse 39:50 Ayah 39:50 Ayat 39:50 Aya 39:50 Those before them said it (“This escape from trouble is because of my cleverness") but what they did (in their first life) did not help them (in the Hereafter).

Quran 39:51 Koran 39:51 Verse 39:51 Ayah 39:51 Ayat 39:51 Aya 39:51 The evil consequences of what they (the people of the past) did came to them (as a punishment). And those who did wrong of these (the stone idol worshippers of Makkah in the time of Prophet Muhammad) shall also be met by the evil consequences for what they do and they cannot cause failure (to the will of Allaah and Allaah’s punishment).

Quran 39:52 Koran 39:52 Verse 39:52 Ayah 39:52 Ayat 39:52 Aya 39:52 Do they not know that Allaah increases provision for whom He (Allaah) will, and restricts it (provision for whom Allaah will). In this are signs for people who believe (in Allaah).

Quran 39:53 Koran 39:53 Verse 39:53 Ayah 39:53 Ayat 39:53 Aya 39:53 Say, “My (Allaah’s) servants who have transgressed against themselves, Do not despair of the (thought that you have lost the) mercy of Allaah because Allaah forgives all sins (if you repent and correct yourself and ask Allaah’s forgiveness). He (Allaah) is forgiving and merciful.

Comment 1. Allaah forgives all sins if you repent and correct yourself and ask Allaah’s forgiveness.

1a. Every person is responsible for their behaviour in this life which will determine their fate in the Hereafter. See 39:34 - 39:36 comments

Quran 39:54 Koran 39:54 Verse 39:54 Ayah 39:54 Ayat 39:54 Aya 39:54 Repent to your Lord (Allaah), and surrender (your faith) to Him (Allaah) before punishment comes to you (in the hereafter) and then you shall not be helped.

Quran 39:55 Koran 39:55 Verse 39:55 Ayah 39:55 Ayat 39:55 Aya 39:55 And follow the best (guidance) of what is revealed to you from your Lord (Allaah in the Quran) before the punishment suddenly comes to you when you are not expecting it.

Quran 39:56 Koran 39:56 Verse 39:56 Ayah 39:56 Ayat 39:56 Aya 39:56 Incase a soul should say (on the Day of Resurrection), “I regret that I did not think about Allaah and that I was among those who ridiculed (what I heard about Allaah).”

Quran 39:57 Koran 39:57 Verse 39:57 Ayah 39:57 Ayat 39:57 Aya 39:57 Or (incase) it should be said (on the Day of Resurrection), “If only Allaah had guided me then I would have been among the righteous.”

Quran 39:58 Koran 39:58 Verse 39:58 Ayah 39:58 Ayat 39:58 Aya 39:58 Or (incase) it should be said (when the punishment is seen), “If only I could have another chance (in the life of the world) so that I (could do the good deeds and) can be among the righteous.”

Comment 1. Belief in Allaah requires righteous deeds.

Quran 39:59 Koran 39:59 Verse 39:59 Ayah 39:59 Ayat 39:59 Aya 39:59 (The reply shall be), “My (Allaah’s) revelations came to you but you arrogantly rejected them and you were among the disbelievers.”

Quran 39:60 Koran 39:60 Verse 39:60 Ayah 39:60 Ayat 39:60 Aya 39:60 And on the Day of Resurrection you (Prophet Muhammad) shall see those who told lies about Allaah with their blackened faces. Is Hell Jahannam not the home of the arrogant?

Quran 39:61 Koran 39:61 Verse 39:61 Ayah 39:61 Ayat 39:61 Aya 39:61 And Allaah shall save those who are righteous by their achievement (to do the good deeds in their first life that rewarded them with Paradise Jannah). (In Paradise Jannah) evil shall not touch them and they shall not grieve.

Quran 39:62 Koran 39:62 Verse 39:62 Ayah 39:62 Ayat 39:62 Aya 39:62 Allaah is the creator of all things and the controller of all things.

Quran 39:63 Koran 39:63 Verse 39:63 Ayah 39:63 Ayat 39:63 Aya 39:63 To Him (Allaah) belong the keys to the heavens and the earth (meaning, Allaah controls everything in the heavens and the earth). Those who disbelieve the revelations of Allaah are the losers (in the Hereafter because they shall have lost the mercy of Allaah).

Quran 39:64 Koran 39:64 Verse 39:64 Ayah 39:64 Ayat 39:64 Aya 39:64 Say (Prophet Muhammad, to the stone idol worshippers in Makkah), “Do you call me to pray (incorrectly) to (something or someone) other than Allaah? You are ignorant (of Allaah).”

Comment 1. How are the stone idol worshippers in Makkah ignorant of Allaah?

See Quran 39:46

Quran 39:65 Koran 39:65 Verse 39:65 Ayah 39:65 Ayat 39:65 Aya 39:65 It has been revealed to you as it was revealed to those before you (saying), “If you associate a partner (such as anything that is a creation like stone statues) to Allaah (who is the creator of every creation and incorrectly pray to any created thing or person instead of correctly praying only to Allaah) then your deeds (on earth) shall fail and you shall be among the losers (in the Hereafter).

Comment 1. Forgiveness of sin depends on a correct belief in Allaah.

Belief through worshipping anything or any person instead of praying only to Allaah is not a true belief in the judgement of Allaah.

Belief without good behaviour is not a true belief in the judgement of Allaah.

See Quran 39:35 comments.

Quran 39:66 Koran 39:66 Verse 39:66 Ayah 39:66 Ayat 39:66 Aya 39:66 Pray only to Allaah and be among those who are thankful (to Allaah).

Quran 39:67 Koran 39:67 Verse 39:67 Ayah 39:67 Ayat 39:67 Aya 39:67 And they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) do not attribute Allaah with true attributions. The earth shall be in His (Allaah’s) hands (meaning, Allaah shall do as Allaah has willed) on the Day of Resurrection and the heavens shall be rolled up (meaning, the creation shall come to an ended) in His (Allaah’s) right hand (meaning, as Allaah has decreed). Exalted is He (Allaah) who is high above all that they (the stone idol worshippers in Makkah) associate as partners (to Allaah when they incorrectly pray to created stone statues instead of correctly praying only to Allaah who is the creator of every creation).

Quran 39:68 Koran 39:68 Verse 39:68 Ayah 39:68 Ayat 39:68 Aya 39:68 The horn trumpet is blown (the first time by an angel to signal the first command that is decreed by Allaah) and all who are in the heavens and the earth (on the last day of the first creation, at the end of the first creation) shall fall down dead except whoever Allaah wills (to live among the angels in Quran 69:17 who will continue doing the will of Allaah). Then it (the horn trumpet) is blown a second time (by an angel to signal the second command that is decreed by Allaah) and they (every soul who had lived and died in the first creation) shall all be standing and waiting (on the Day of their Resurrection on a new earth, new land, new ground in the hereafter).

Comment 1. Hadith punishment in the grave.

Hadith torture in the grave.

Hadith torment of the grave.

Hadith stories that contradict the Quran are false hadith stories.

Some people follow false stories instead of following the protected words in the Books of Allaah.

Quran 39:69 Koran 39:69 Verse 39:69 Ayah 39:69 Ayat 39:69 Aya 39:69 And the earth (meaning, the land in the hereafter) shall shine with the light of its Lord (Allaah when Allaah shall come to judge men and women on the Day of Resurrection and Judgement) and the Book (of their good and bad deeds) shall be shown. (In the judgement of each person) the Prophets (in your time or that you claimed to follow) and the witnesses (the angels, your soul, and other souls) shall be brought and it (the good and bad deeds of men and women) shall be judged between them (the Prophets and the witnesses and the Book of their good and bad deeds) with (the) truth (as Allaah decreed) and they (those who are judged) shall not be wronged (by any incorrect judgement of what they did during their lifetime on the Earth).

Comment 1. The Day of Judgement.

The prophet who is the messenger of Allaah that each person claimed to follow or who lived during their time will be present at their judgement on the Day of Judgement.

Quran 19:87 Verse 19:87 No one shall have the power of intercession (to save someone from Allaah’s punishment in the Hereafter) except whoever has received permission (to intercede) from the Most Merciful (Allaah).

Quran 11:103 Verse 11:103 So here (in those stories of the past) is a sign for those who fear the punishment of the Hereafter. That is a Day (of Resurrection) to which humans shall be gathered, and that is a day that when all (who live in the heavens and the Earth) shall be present.

Quran 11:105 Verse 11:105 On the day when it (the Day of Resurrection) comes no soul shall speak except by His (Allaah’s) permission, some among them (the resurrected) shall be miserable and some happy.

Quran 78:38 Verse 78:38 The Day (of Judgement) when the Spirit (the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril) and the angels shall stand in rows and they shall not speak except for the one whom the most merciful (Allaah) allows (to speak) and they (the Holy Spirit angel Gabriel Jibril and the other angels) shall say what is correct (the truth as Allaah decreed).

Quran 89:22 Verse 89:22 And your Lord (Allaah) has come (to give judgement) and the angels are (lined up) in ranks.

Quran 89:24 Verse 89:24 The person shall say, “I wish I had sent (good deeds during my life) before (my death as an investment) for my (everlasting) life (in the hereafter).

Quran 39:70 Koran 39:70 Verse 39:70 Ayah 39:70 Ayat 39:70 Aya 39:70 And every soul shall be paid in full for what it did (in the life of the world). He (Allaah) is aware of what they do (without need of knowledge from the prophets or the witnesses or the Book of good and bad deeds which are used to show the soul the proof that the judgement of it is correct).

Quran 39:71 Koran 39:71 Verse 39:71 Ayah 39:71 Ayat 39:71 Aya 39:71 And those who disbelieve are taken into Hell Jahannam in groups until they reach it (Hell Jahannam) and the gates of it (Hell Jahannam) are opened and the keepers of it (Hell Jahannam) say to them, “Did there not come to you messengers from your own (people) who recited to you the revelations of your Lord (Allaah) and warned you of the meeting of this your Day (of Judgement)? They (in the groups) shall reply, “Yes." So the word (the decree) of punishment for those who disbelieved (the command of Allaah to do good and reject evil) is (now being) fulfilled.

Quran 39:72 Koran 39:72 Verse 39:72 Ayah 39:72 Ayat 39:72 Aya 39:72 It shall be said (to them), “Enter the gates of Hell Jahannam and live in there. This is the end of the journey for the arrogant.”

Quran 39:73 Koran 39:73 Verse 39:73 Ayah 39:73 Ayat 39:73 Aya 39:73 And those who fear Allaah shall be taken into the Garden (of Paradise Jannah) in groups until they reach it (Paradise Jannah) and the gates of it (Paradise Jannah) shall be opened and the keepers of it (Paradise Jannah) shall say to them, “Peace be to you, You did good (deeds in your life) so enter (Paradise Jannah) and live in there.”

Comment 1. Belief in Allaah requires righteous deeds to be a true belief.

Note 1. See Why is Satan Shaitan not going to Paradise Jannah? in Quran 39:35 comments.

Quran 39:74 Koran 39:74 Verse 39:74 Ayah 39:74 Ayat 39:74 Aya 39:74 They (in Paradise Jannah) shall say, "Praise be to Allaah who has fulfilled His (Allaah’s) promise to us and made us inherit this land so that we can live wherever we wish in Paradise Jannah. Excellent is the reward for the (righteous) workers.”

Comment 1. Belief in Allaah requires righteous deeds to be a true belief in Allaah.

Satan Shaitan has a false beleif in Allaah because the deeds of Satan Shaitan are evil deeds and this is why he will be in Hell Jahannam in the hereafter.

Quran 39:75 Koran 39:75 Verse 39:75 Ayah 39:75 Ayat 39:75 Aya 39:75 And you shall see the angels surrounding the Throne (of Allaah’s authority), exalting their Lord (Allaah) with praise. And it (the deeds of men and women) shall be judged truly and it shall be said (by the angels), “All praises is to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds (of humans, jinn, angels and all that exists)."
