Актуальність теми монографії зумовлена потребами практики, насамперед, інноваційних технологій у системі професійно-технічної освіти, інформаційно-інноваційних технологій у підготовці фахівців різних галузей та інформаційно-інноваційних технологій у сталому розвитку суспільства, що здійснюється під впливом радикальних змін у світовій соціокультурній динаміці, зокрема, під впливом таких процесів, як глобалізація та інформаційна революція. Сучасний світ змінюється як глобально, так і локально. Ці зміни потребують нових підходів до підготовки людини до життя, зокрема через освіту. Традиційна освіта, зберігаючи свій конструктивний зміст, багато в чому відстає від потреб сьогодення, а тим більше – від перспектив, які очікують людину в найближчому майбутньому. Колектив науковців, авторів монографії, визначив, що для відповідності часу освіта має бути інноваційною, випереджати її за низкою показників, випереджати вимоги, які суспільство висуватиме перед людиною через декілька років. років. У монографічному дослідженні представлено використання сучасних педагогічних технологій у навчальному процесі ЗВО створює абсолютно нові можливості для реалізації дидактичних принципів індивідуалізації та диференціації навчання, позитивно впливає на розвиток пізнавальної активності студентів, їх творчості, свідомості, реалізує умови переходу від освіти до самоосвіти. У монографії досліджено сучасні напрямки вдосконалення організації навчального процесу в умовах цифрової трансформації, вдосконалення організації науково-дослідної роботи студентів технічних спеціальностей в умовах інноваційного розвитку вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано тему інтерактивного навчання та ергономіки людино-машинної взаємодії, інноваційних технологій консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва в системі професійно-технічної освіти. Аналізується проблема соціологічного дослідження дистанційного навчання, сучасних цифрових сервісів та засобів вивчення психолого-педагогічних дисциплін у вищій професійній школі.

The relevance of the topic of the monograph is due to the needs of practice, first of all, innovative technologies in the system of vocational education, information and innovative technologies in the training of specialists in various fields and information and innovative technologies in the sustainable development of society, which is carried out under the influence of radical changes in the world socio-cultural dynamics, in particular, under the influence of processes such as globalization and the information revolution. Today's world is changing both globally and locally. These changes require new approaches to preparing people for life, in particular through education. Traditional education, while retaining its constructive content, in many respects lags behind the needs of the day, and even more so – from the prospects that await a person in the near future. The team of scientists, the authors of the monograph, determined that in order to be commensurate with the times, education should be innovative, overtake it by a number of indicators, go ahead of the requirements that society will put before the individual in a few years. The monographic study presents the use of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions creates completely new opportunities for the implementation of didactic principles of individualization and differentiation of learning, positively affects the development of cognitive activity of students, their creativity, consciousness, realizes the conditions for the transition from education to self-education. The monograph explores modern directions of improving the organization of the educational process in the context of digital transformation, improving the organization of research work of students of technical specialties in the context of innovative development of higher education. The topic of interactive learning and ergonomics of human-machine interaction, innovative technologies of consulting on youth entrepreneurship in the system of vocational education are substantiated. The problem of sociological research of distance learning, modern digital services and tools for studying psychological and pedagogical disciplines in higher vocational school are analyzed.
