Метою публікації є дослідження використання технології довгострокового прогнозування – форсайтингу – в аналізі та інтерпретації факторів і драйверів економічного середовища, виявленні глобальних викликів, визначенні пріоритетів, формуванні сценаріїв розвитку та прокладанні курсу, зокрема в сфері зайнятості. Доведено, що Форсайт поєднує в собі найкращі практики комунікаційних і прогностичних технологій, що дозволяє знайти гідні відповіді на виклики майбутнього, забезпечити використання заходів та інструментів політики, які сприятимуть найбільш ефективному вирішенню актуальних і майбутніх проблем на ринку праці. Автори статті мають переконання, що стратегічне передбачення – структуроване дослідження можливого майбутнього та їх наслідки для рішень, прийнятих сьогодні – є основною вимогою ефективного формування державної політики та належного управління. 

The purpose of the publication is to study the use of long-term forecasting technology - Foresight - in the analysis and interpretation of factors and drivers of the economic environment, identifying global challenges, setting priorities, developing scenarios and developing a course, in particular in employment. Forеsight has been proven to combine the best practices of communication and forecasting technologies, which allows to find worthy answers to the challenges of the future, to ensure the use of measures and policy tools that will help solve the current and future problems in the labor market. The authors of the article are convinced that strategic foresight - a structured study of the possible future and their implications for decisions made today - is a key requirement for effective public policy-making and good governance.
