How to obtain the medallions:  Details & process

Requirements for 25, 50, 100 Peaks, 76 Scrambles and 15 Hiking Medallions & Certificate:

    Touch the peak's highpoint

Achieve each peak safely and leave no trace

Register on Peakbagger.com, then list the Mountaineers 100 Peaks at Mount Rainier N. P. summits achieved

    Mountaineers membership is not required

It’s all on the honor system

The peakbagger.com lists are the only official record of successful summits. Thus in order to receive a medallion(s) you must be registered on peakbagger.com and list your successful peaks on the  site

If you enable receiving messages on peakbagger.com, we will communicate with you about events where medallions will be awarded. An alternative is to follow the links above for each medallion.

Currently we plan an annual "Celebrate 100 Peaks at Mount Rainier" event at the Mountaineers’ Magnuson Program Center in late winter. It will be a chance to socialize and award medallions. The date will be posted on the 100 Peaks Facebook Group as soon as it’s scheduled. We will also email invitations if we have your email address.

You can email 100mrnppeaks@googlegroups.com or post to the 100 Peaks Facebook Group any questions or comments.
