68. Pleasant, Mount, 6454' (S)
This is a pleasant (we guess that is how the peak got its name) and easy scramble in a spectacular part of the park. You can combine Pleasant with Hessong Rock, or do a loop trip with side jaunts to Fay or First Mother.

Driving
Drive to the end of Mowich Lake Road. Park at the south end of the parking area.
Route
From the Spray Park trailhead, head toward Spray Park. Leave the trail at approximately 5700' and head northwest to the Hessong-Pleasant col. A climbers path is visible to the col. From the col, travel northeast on a footpath to the summit of Pleasant.
Comments
A two-fer would include Hessong and a three-fer would add Fay. If you decide to add Hessong, double back to the col and it is an easy ridge scramble to Hessong. If you decide to return via Knapsack Pass, it makes sense to do Hessong first. You could also “pick up” Fay. This route can be done clockwise or counterclockwise, though we think route finding is easier counterclockwise. A side jaunt to Spray Falls is well worth it.
