CTF 512K Hall Of Midgets

UT CTF - Medium, 8-12 players. Hall of, um.. short people :| Released October 2014.

Built for the UT99.org 2014 512K contest held during October 2014. During the contest I got the idea of building a version of Hall of Giants that would fit into 512K. This version is a very much smaller remake of Juan Pancho Eekels Epic Hall of Giants product map. The resulting map is a medium layout that supports 8-12 players.

So here your HoG arena is actually a little box which some Skaarj warriors are watching over the match - perhaps they are are wagering on the outcome - regardless, you are actually a tiny midget and the hall is not really Giant at all (hence the title :) Gameplay does work the same as the original giant map except it's way less floaty and thus is a lot faster running from end-to-end.

OF course I had to simplify things quite a bit and jam it all into 512K! Built from scratch to roughly the shape of Hog, and it's only about half the size. Took about 8 hours altogether including testing and tweaking. I did try some alternate layouts but the plain old same layout as Pancho's worked the best.

If a HoG veteran plays this they will have no trouble adapting to the faster pace. Others might find the original HoG a bit boring after playing this one ;) The zoom speeds are the same though so you really boot out of those zoomers (yeah, i was a bit lazy to slow them down, lol!)
