Combat Feats/Abilities
- No Pain: You may ignore the first fatigued or shaken condition you gain each scene.
- Unbreakable: Each time you suffer attribute impairment, it decreases by 1 (minimum 0).
- Heroism: You gain a +1 bonus with all attack and skill checks you make during Dramatic scenes.
- Turning: Once per combat you may Turn characters of this Type (undead, see page 223).
Class and Origin abilities, Other Feats
- Enlightened Athletics: Your maximum Athletics rank increases to your Career Level + 5. Only the highest bonus from any single enlightened ability may apply to each skill.
- The Gift: You know and may cast a number of Level 0 spells equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 2) with a Casting Level of 1. You may automatically cast these spells a total number of times per scene equal to your starting action dice.
- Stone Brave: You gain regeneration 1 (see page 234) and you gain a +2 bonus to saves against poison and disease. Also, when taking the Basic Skill Mastery feat you have access to a new skill pair: Bone-Chewer (Athletics & Intimidate). However, you’re also light-sensitive (see page 234), and you suffer a –2 Appearance penalty.
- Reviled: The Disposition of non-ogres decrease by 10.
- Restricted Actions: Influence, Outmaneuver, and Tumble checks you make are considered untrained (see page 63).
- Free Hint: Once per session, you may request a free hint from the GM. If he refuses, you gain 1 bonus action die.
- Practiced Search: If you spend an action die to boost a Search check and it still fails, you gain the die back after the action is resolved. Against multiple targets you only regain the die if the check fails against all of them.
- Trailblazer: Your presence ensures that everyone survives even the most hostile environments. Once per scene as a free action, you may temporarily grant your teammates 1 of your Terrain feats until the end of the scene.
- Stalker: At Level 1, each time you fail a Survival or Tactics check and don’t suffer an error, you still succeed as long as the check DC (or your opponent’s check result) is equal to or less than your Class Level + 20. If several grades of success are possible, you achieve only the lowest possible positive result.
