ETHICOMP 2020 updates
Number of submissions: about 130; number of accepted extended abstracts: incl. after changes (30% of the submissions received accepted with revisions), about 110-115 (but we anticipate that there will be a shrinkage of 10%)
Programme / number of tracks: 11 slots for parallel sessions in the current programme. https://www.unirioja.es/ethicomp/2020/program.html So far, 3 parallel sessions, but the final number of accepted papers + final number of registered persons not yet known. Early bird deadline is early March. Some slots will be panels (probably 2 or 3). Remark Katleen: please include a break of at least 10 minutes in the morning on Thursday, otherwise 9-12 without a break.

Social welcoming event - no updates yet
Proceedings - 2 books -> 1 = proceedings with ISBN (= mandatory, extended abstracts); 2 = start of ETHICOMP book series (=optional, full papers) with ISBN.
Richard asks question concerning electronic availability of full papers (as a supplement), similar to Turin: a password-protected website where Richard uploaded the full papers (or drafts of full papers), so it was not a publication, also not meant for citation but for conversation. Richard & Mario will give it some thought. Mario is afraid that it might be difficult to manage.
Focus group is included in the programme, the VSD meeting as well.
ETHICOMP 2021 - No updates. CEPE 2021 will be in July 2021, in Hamburg, so not in June in Turku.
