      • some banks to do international transfers very frustrating

      • clear decoupling of registration vs. payment for registration - whether they have met requirements for things like earlybird/paper in program

      • suggestion to adding trusted payment services to the website (MW); also those who have registered will be sent information about alternative payments (GP).

      • Registrations - ~60 people so far

      • a few papers withdrawn/not submitted

      • Programme: beginning to be put together

      • ETHICOMP SC informal dinner night before; community Q&A at the end of the conf

      • asking those without full papers after filling up the programme if they still want to present. (agreed)

      • Springer, Emerald, JICES, all have some physical presence at the conference

      • Polish political situation; MW will get in touch with IACAP orgs; Skype presentations will be agreed on case by case basis by request.

      • implications to social structure - structures unstructured time. -- fill spaces with poster time

      • local organisers - space for these poster sessions needs to be in close proximity to wherever the break
