    • Ugo: May 22-25 is potentially problematic, as it overlaps with another meeting. Ugo asked whether CEPE / ETHICOMP can be moved?

      • Richard: call has not gone out, but ETHICOMP keynote has already been contacted.

      • Richard to call Wendel Wallach to ask for possible dates

      • conference dinner should be included, as this is easier for many

      • Action Ugo: tell DMU prices for registraton site by end of June

      • all early registration fees should be transferred to Torino and all regular registration fees separately
