Mark's report
he asked track chairs for confirmation of papers to start developing the programme
keynote presentations are ok
introduction to tracks by track chairs to be added to the general introduction
suggestion to extend deadline to 15 July (Richard)
preparing the SIGCAS publication takes about 4 weeks.
it requires pdf files based on the ACM template
Action: Andrew to identify suitable categories and terms likely to be relevant to ETHICOMP

we should clarify the difference between the extended abstract and the final paper and the extent of re-assessment of papers

Turin proposal
Action: all to look at the proposal and give feedback to Richard by the 19.06.
Action: Richard to pursue according to feedback.
The more distant future
joint conference of all major groups to be pursued by Andrew.
the idea is to look at a federated conference every 4 or 5 years
who might be chairs of future conferences? we should think about potential future chairs
Action: Mark to add meet the organisers of the conference on the programme: "how does ETHICOMP work?"
can we identify people across Europe who might be interested?
Any other business
Due to the 20 years, there should be an aspect of celebration, looking forward and bringing new people in.
