Here are my recommendations for my clients who are interested in weight management:
(A) Read the articles listed below on the HelpGuide website. This provides an excellent introduction to the topic. I encourage you to take notes and discuss with me how the reading stimulated your thinking about what could be helpful for you.
(B) Consider consulting with the Corvallis Clinic Weight Loss Center.
(C) Consider buying a weight management guide book. My top recommendation is the book by Laliberte, listed below.
(D) Make sure that we rule out the possibility of an Eating Disorder before beginning a weight management program.
