About my schedule
I typically work Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8am to 5pm. My schedule template is below. Some appointments allow for 45 minutes and others allow for up to an hour. To make appointments, please call my office at 541-754-1288 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).
Scheduling tips for ongoing psychotherapy
If you plan to engage in a course of ongoing psychotherapy, it is a good idea to determine the optimal frequency of appointments (e.g., weekly or every-other week [biweekly]). We can discuss this during our sessions.
If you would like weekly or biweekly appointments, I recommend scheduling several of them in advance. For weekly appointments, it would be a good idea to always have at least 3 appointments scheduled at any given time. For biweekly appointments, it would be a good idea to have at least 2 scheduled.
