(3) Recommended books
If you have Binge Eating Disorder, I recommend the book by Fairburn. If you have Bulimia and/or Binge Eating Disorder, the book by Apple and Agras would be a good choice. A good free alternative online has been produced by the Centre for Clinical Interventions.
Robin Apple and Stewart Agras. (2007). Overcoming Your Eating Disorder: A Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Approach for Bulimia Nervosa and Binge-Eating Disorder, Guided Self Help Workbook. Oxford. [companion website]
Christopher Fairburn. (2013). Overcoming Binge Eating, Second Edition: The Proven Program to Learn Why You Binge and How You Can Stop. Guilford.
