1. Create a "to do list." On a daily basis, prioritize the items on your to do list. Label your tasks according to their importance and urgency with the A-B-C system. “A” indicates immediate urgency and high importance; “B” indicates not urgent but important; and “C” indicates not urgent or very important.
2. Set “mini goals” for the day based on your priorities. See my goal setting page for more guidance on setting effective goals.
