Implementation

This workshop is focused on building our understanding of Implementation and how it is critical for our success. This workshops is hoping to develop understanding in the following areas:

Blue Room:

1. Be able to identify and define the different drivers.
2. Begin to connect the Implementation Drivers to our work in the Data Collaborative.

Green Room:

• Be able to identify growth areas in the DBPA and understand why it is a growth opportunity.
• Begin ideating opportunities and resolving barriers discovered in DBPA
• Start an action plan based on your DBPA results.
