Partners should not be doing these steps until they have reviewed past challenges, projected student enrollment numbers and current staff capacity.
Step 1: Locate the tabs that are located on the bottom of your homebase.
Step 2: Select Goal and Target Setting
Step 3: Scroll down to the Implementation Goals section.
Step 4: Select the Subdriver that you wish to focus in the dropdown menu under Implementation Category
Step 5: After selecting your subdriver, create a SMART statement focused on improving the subdriver
Step 6: Under the # of Actions to Meet Goal column place the number of actions, or steps, you will take to complete this goal
Step 7: When you have reached your end date, insert total number of action completed in # of Actions Completed
