How to Update Assessment Window Progress in Homebase
To change your total enrollment or dates for the current assessment window in Homebase follow the steps below:
4. Once in the Data to Insight Process (Assessment) sheet it will look like the image below:
5. On the top half of the page lives your organization’s Data to Insight Process (Assessment) Swim Lane map. In this map you will document your organization’s process for administering your assessment, collecting, entering, and using the data. If you have already completed this map then your current map is already in the Data to Insight Process (Assessment) sheet
6. On the bottom half of this sheet is the Progress Tracker. This section has a number of questions to help us to know your current progress in the assessment window so that we know how to best support you. This will also help as a reference at the completion of the assessment window to look back on your progress over time.
7. To complete the progress tracker Start with the first table labeled Date. In the column furthest to the left that is empty enter the date on which you are completing the tracker.

For each table below answer the questions in the same column in which you entered date at the top.
The next time you fill out the tracker to give an updated status you will move to the next column to the right. In this way after the completion of the assessment window you will be able to look back at each of the columns from left to right to see how you progressed over time.
