3.3.1: Create a driver diagram to connect student outcome goals, EBIPs, and implementation drivers
3.3.2: Review existing implementation driver/fidelity Data Collection Plan(s)
3.3.3: Create new Data Collection Tool
3.3.4: Create Data Collection process (swimlane, action worksheet, etc)
3.3.5: Implement Data Collection process
The purpose of this routine is to track and aggregate data about how well your program is implementing Evidence Based Practices 2.2 and Implementation 3.2 strategies. It is important because it will allow leadership to distinguish whether or not the strategy or execution of the strategy influenced the desired outcomes. Without this routine, decisions on strategy to influence student outcomes and teacher practice will be based on intuition and gut experience as to whether or not the strategies in place to build the two were executed the way they were intended.
This routine is dependent on EBP 2.2 & IMP 3.2 routines. Both of these routines are establishing strategies to effect two outcomes that are targeted to shift in the Data Collaborative. If these two routines are not completed, it would not be advised to complete the IMP 3.3 routine.
The results of this routine once completed will influence IMPR 4.2. After a complete cycle, the data collected in this routine will inform the Improvement Cycles that focuses on the work that this routine focused on capturing.
