Improvement Cycles

This workshop is focused on building our understanding of Improvement Cycles and how it is critical for our success. This workshops is hoping to develop understanding in the following areas:

1. Definition and Why it is important for Improvement Cycles.
2. Ability to understands the three steps of an Improvement Cycle.
3. Key strategies and leverage points we can use for the Meet step.

Blue Room:

• Blue Room focused on introducing what is the Improvement Cycle and the three steps. The materials give the participants more information about what it is and why it is important to the Data Collaborative. There's an emphasis on understanding how a meeting is different than an Improvement Cycle.

Green Room:

• The Green Room focused on developing our understanding and facilitation of the Meet step of an Improvement Cycle. The session focuses on grounding us in what is an Improvement Cycle, what does it look like, and then how do we use the Improvement Cycle worksheet to facilitate the Meet step.
