DataFit is where your raw data becomes visualized and legible. It is an aggregation of your student outcome, observation, implementation and goal setting data. Here you can find the data that will help inform your decision making process.
The DataFit is critical to the Data Collaborative because the tool does a lot of the preparation work of the data for you. The tool creates the opportunity to view the various data sources in a legible way to make decisions without any preparation.
The Observational Data: is the consolidated data that is captured in the teacher observation forms. The pages associated with teacher practice have multiple lenses which include the following:

The Child Outcomes Snapshot pages are associated with the student outcomes that were captured in the Student Assessment:
This view expresses the data based on the reading level (grade or tier) that the students tested into based on the results. It break downs the different subskills that fall in the Reading Success Pathway.
The Child Outcomes Growth pages are focused on reflecting a before and after picture of the student outcomes captured in the implementation of at least two student assessments.
On pages that are labeled this you will be able to look at the baseline assessment (what the student scored at the beginning of the program) and the post assessment (what the student scored at the end of program)
