The Implementation 3.2 routine is important because it prompts us to focus our efforts on specific Implementation Drivers that we have identified as opportunity areas. Setting the goal around specific drivers allows leadership to improve the program's operational model to better support staff members in reaching the desired outcomes.
The IMP 3.2 routine is dependent on the EBP 2.2 routine. This routine is focused on establishing the right strategies for the Implementation Drivers. The purpose of the Implementation Drivers is to reach fidelity of our intended practice. In order to be effective at leveraging the right drivers, it is necessary to know which practice you are hoping to implement.
The IMP 3.2 routine directly influences the IMP 3.3 routine. IMP 3.3 routine is focused on the collection of data that monitors the progress to our IMP 3.2 goals. If the IMP 3.2 goals shift throughout our work, the IMP 3.3 routine will adapt to those changes. This is to ensure that the data are still relevant to the overarching goal.
