The organization drivers include decision support data system, facilitative administration, systems intervention. These drivers are focused on creating and sustaining your intended practice(s) through strategies, policies, processes and organizational culture. In other words, these drivers are focused on making sure things can happen at the organization level.

Why is it critical to the Data Collaborative?

Organization drivers create a culture that is primed for continuous improvement. These drivers are vital because the create the freedom and space to review and tweak the internal system of an organization. The freedom and mindset create the opportunity to apply the improvement science approach to our work.
