Please review the prerequisite chart carefully. VVS requires minimum prerequisite course marks for admission.
Proof of prerequisite completion will be requested at registration.
Prerequisite course marks must be on the Detailed Academic Report (DAR) in myPass by June 1, 2026.
VVS does not accept “In Progress” prerequisites or offer conditional acceptance.
Students transitioning from grade 9 to grade 10 may request courses that do not have prerequisites, such as: Career and Life Management (CALM), Physical Education 10, CTS and Electives. They cannot request a Grade 10 core course (English, Math, Science, or Social Studies).
Grade 1-9 courses are not available in summer school.
