Workforce Development & Training

The Workforce Development and Training team is committed to ensuring that the Partners have the right staff in the right place at the right time with the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver research.

Key areas of work

The team design, develop and deliver high quality training and provide professional development opportunities for the workforce. In particular, the team are responsible for:

Designing, developing and delivering training through a blended approach to meet modern workforce learning needs
Oversight and organisation of workforce schemes
Equipping the workforce with opportunities to develop their careers
Monitoring and reporting on the profile of CRN funded staff in the East of England and offer advice, support and guidance for workforce planning
