Money Saving Expert: Martin Lewis' website has lots of up to date resources and guidance on cost of living crisis help. It also has great tips around budgeting and reducing spending, as well as wider financial information, tips and myth-busting.

Other things to consider

School uniforms: Does your child’s school comply with the new statutory guidance on the cost of school uniforms?

Draught proofing guidance: The Energy Saving Trust have created a guide on draught-proofing your home as well as tips to save energy.

Low energy/cost cooking: Slow cookers, air fryers, and microwaves all use less energy than a traditional oven. Why not try a new recipe?:

Energy saving tips: Energy provider, Octopus, have listed some gas saving tips, which include setting your gas boiler’s flow temperature to between 55 and 60 degrees. This will keep your home just as warm but make noticeable gas savings.
