Interactive Costing Tool

Commercial studies are costed using a CPMS based interactive Costing Tool (iCT), which provides a framework for transparent cost display and calculation to support swift local site budget negotiations when performing commercial trials in the NHS.

Please note, the excel based industry costing template will no longer be accepted.

Points to Consider:

• While discussions regarding costings may happen via email or telephone, any amendments to the iCT should occur within CPMS.

• Training videos are available, including an introduction to iCT submissions and site review of a submitted iCT.
