Our UPHR Statement 

In partnership with UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) the NIHR has recently provided funding for the set-up of a growing number of studies in COVID-19. The studies are looking to improve diagnostics, disease interaction and develop new therapies and a vaccine. 2 of these are actively recruiting patients across the East, and the country.

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) have issued a statement regarding the impact of COVID-19 on research funded or supported by the NIHR.
