On September 13th, 2025, the Millburn Education Foundation hosted its 10th annual event, the Rocktoberfest. The Rocktoberfest is a musical festival with stages spread across town- the Bauer Center, Riverside, and the Low Sensory Performance Stage in Taylor Park, and the Boxcar Stage at the Short Hills Train station. The music is complemented by food and drinks from local vendors, artisan goods, and activities for everyone to enjoy. The festival has over 25 bands, 20 food sponsors, and 15 vendors. This year, the festival featured “Fix You”, a Coldplay tribute band. The proceeds go towards education in Millburn. With beer gardens, silent auctions, food, and games, Rocktoberfest is known for having many different kinds of fun.
“Rocktoberfest had all the vibes of an end-of-summer festival; people sprawled on the lawn, great weather, yummy food, and a wonderful staff supporting all the performers! So cool to see such a fun event funding such a great cause. Cheers to many more!” praised Rob, the lead pianist of the band Fix You.
The 2026 date has not yet been released, but the Millburn Community is encouraged to go and have a good time.
