Strawberry Chocolate Clusters

Since summer is right around the corner, here's a cooling tasty summer dessert to try out on lazy days! This is a classic, frozen treat that hits every spot when you take a bite. It caters to every chocolate lover's desire but is guilt free because it is super healthy! 

Strawberry Chocolate Clusters - 15 Minutes (not including freeze time)

Ingredients and measurements

• 1 cup Greek yogurt

• ½ cup chopped Strawberries

• ¾ cup Dark/milk chocolate

• Optional: pomegranate/peanut butter to sprinkle/drizzle

Recipe

1. Get ½ cup of strawberries and cut them up into little pieces 

2. Put them in a bowl and add 1 cup of greek yogurt 

3. Stir well 

4. Take a spoonful of the strawberries and yogurt and form little dollops on a tray 

5. Put the tray in the freezer until frozen 

6. When frozen, melt ¾ cup of chocolate on pan over boiling water 

7. Dip the strawberry dollops in the chocolate 

8. Put them back in the tray and wait for the chocolate to freeze into the dollops 

9. Additionally, you may find a drizzle of peanut butter or added pomegranate suitable for the recipe
