Often, people think that listening to music can be distracting and makes you lose focus of what you are doing, but it all depends on the type of music being played. Unfortunately, you are unlikely to listen to a popular upbeat song and have the level of focus to solve your algebra problem, but did you know certain music can boost focus, reduce stress, and improve your overall focus?

Consider the tempo; try not to pick anything too fast or climactic.
