The Met Gala is one of the top fashion shows of every year and it always starts on the first Monday of May. The Met Gala always has a theme for the exhibition that is going into the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. It is one of the hardest shows to get into with only allowing A-list celebrities that had to get approved by: Anna Wintor who runs the Met Gala. According to Vogue, the theme this year was “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”.
When thinking of what time period to live through in history I thought it would be an easy answer. I always thought it would be cool to live through the Roman Empire, but looking back at that answer I feel like that isn’t my true answer due to the fact of the many barbarian attacks. I find it simply difficult to try to choose an era of history to live through due to the actuality that there are benefits and detriments to each.
This past weekend Liverpool High School students involved in the arts department traveled to Callicoon NY to participate in the 26th annual NYSTEA Student Conference. Over 50 schools and about 15 colleges participated, ranging from all the way up to Long Island!
On November 17th and 18th LHS Casting Hall members put on an outstanding performance of “Clue.” The performance left the audience laughing hysterically.

Splatoon 3, exclusive to the Nintendo Switch and appropriate for all ages. One of the first things players will notice is that this game takes the genre and puts it on its head. This is done by fundamentally altering how the Splatoon series' weapons function compared to other shooters. When you fire your weapon, instead of having normal bullets, the bullets are made of ink.
On Sunday October 16, 2022 the Liverpool High School FAME group visited Beaver Lake to carve pumpkins to line their trails for the Enchanted Beaver Lake event.
The LHS step team wowed us once again at the pep rally this past Friday.

It’s that time of year again! Today is the Fall Equinox! The days are getting shorter, the leaves are starting to turn, and it’s getting colder. School events are abundant and it’s football season!
If only there was something that could mark this special time of year. Maybe even a song?
