Christee Neil: "Minecraft"
"This is a recreation of a Minecraft painting. It took a week to paint because each square was individually painted, measured, and marked. This is a 64 X 64 painting."
Christee Neil: "Jellyfish"
"This is a canvas painting of a jellyfish, my favorite animal. It has an assortment of different colors and even has a nice shimmery glow due to utensil use."
Bridget: "Body"
"In describing these pieces, sometimes I say " oh, it has no meaning' but every artist ever can tell that is a lie. I have struggled with my mental health in every way, shape, and form. My relationships with my family, friends, and significant others are deeply affected as well. The first piece ( blue, splitting girl) shows that sometimes it's hard to be yourself, there are two sides of this person because of the fear of others rejection or judgement, or even their anger. The second piece ( grey, fetal position) shows a version of a person being suffocated. Suffocated by their thoughts, other people, or a situation they feel "stuck in". The third piece ( moth wings, spine) shows there is a transformation that happens, rather it be rigorous, there is a backbone, support system holding you up. Wings, obviously help :)"

I watched the show and it inspired me to do some drawings and it came out well so I wanted to submit it. I like drawing in my free time and I think I be gotten good enough to share it.
