My WHY:
I believe in fostering a learning environment where every student is empowered to reach their fullest potential through engaging, student-centered teaching methods and a supportive classroom community.
My goal for this school year is to incorporate innovative and interactive teaching strategies, personalized learning pathways, and regular assessments to ensure that each student not only grasps the subject matter but also develops critical thinking skills and a genuine love for learning.
About Me
I can't wait for another exciting school year here at Cooper East Elementary! This will be my second year teaching at East, my 11th year in education. I love being a part of such an amazing student-centered team! My husband Heath and I have been married 16 years and have two sons, Wyatt who is 11 and a student at Lubbock-Cooper Middle School and Waide who is 11 months old. Wyatt plays travel baseball for the Cooper Outlaws and loves being active in sports. Waide is learning to walk and loves exploring everything! We love to travel, attend sporting events, and have family game nights.
