My WHY:
I believe that success happens when things are clear to be able to make a decision. I believe that communication is key, so making sure that my students and families are on the same page is very important to me.
My goal is to make a difference in the lives of my students through concise and clear communication.
About Me
I am so excited to begin my second year teaching. I taught Second Grade with LISD and I’m blessed to officially be a Lubbock-Cooper Pirate with such an amazing First Grade team! Lubbock-Cooper has always been home for my family.
I grew up living in California and moved to Texas at the age of fifteen. I married my high school sweetheart and we have been together for 17 years. We have three sweet children, Maliyah (14), Mila (10) and Mason (8) who all attend schools with LCISD. We also have a fur baby named Charlie Mae, she is a four year old goldendoodle. We adore her so much! Our littles keep us busy with color guard, band, gymnastics, baseball, and football! We enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending church, baking, and we love movie nights at home. I look forward to a great 2023-2024 school year with the best district!
