My WHY:
I believe that trust is what pushes me to be my best while simultaneously pushing others to be their best. By building a bond based off trust, it allows for everyone involved to communicate better, thus building a stronger relationship.
Even though I am a teacher candidate, my goal for this year is that I will still be able to build a trusting bond with each student that will last a lifetime.
About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Rivas and I am so delighted to be part of the LCP family this year! I am a senior at Texas Tech University within the TechTeach program and will graduate in May 2024.
I have lived in Lubbock for 9 years now and consider it my home. I have 3 dogs named Miya, Stella, and Diesel whom I love to spend my free time with. My family and I have loved the Lubbock-Cooper district since I was in high school, so it is super exciting to be part of the East Elementary staff! Let's have an amazing year!
