About Me

Welcome to East Elementary. My name is Lisa Blacklock. This is my 6th year teaching PreK at East Elementary, my 16th year in the Lubbock-Cooper school district, and 24th year in teaching. Out of all the grades I’ve taught, Pre-K is my favorite. I am very blessed to work at East Elementary; we have the best children and parents. I look forward to spending this school year with your child. 

I am married to my best friend, Craig. We just celebrated 27 years of marriage and are blessed to have 2 children. Brendan is a computer engineer in the Dallas area. Kallie is a Junior at Texas Tech University. Family time/vacations are my favorite.
