I have been at Giles High School since 8th grade. I think it’s been great growing up in a small town. You get to know people in a small community. I believe it has a lot to do with how you turn out in life.

The senior year has been difficult with COVID. Work was difficult at first because people were isolating and didn’t want to hire anyone. We couldn’t find any jobs. Now, things have gotten better and we’re backed up with work.

My teachers have gone out of their way to help us out in having a more normal senior year. I’m grateful for everyone at work and school. They have been flexible and understanding.

I wish all of my classmates the best of luck in whatever they decide to do after graduation.
