Everyone thinks it's so hard to meditate. All you need to know to meditate is the wonderful five steps of meditation.
The first step is to close your eyes and inhale deeply. Take short, slow breaths.
The next four steps are easy. All you have to do is relax your shoulders and focus on the rhythmic rise and fall of your breathing as you inhale and exhale fully. As you take those breaths, just fully clear your mind and relax.
Try to let all that anxiety go in just a split second to clear your head.
