REMINDERS & IMPORTANT NOTES
The Grade 12 and Honors Grade 11 students will take their diagnostic assessments the week of September 26-30. An email was sent on FRI, 9/23/2022 12:56PM with the details. In the email you were asked to click the thumbs up to indicate you have read the email. Not everyone has done so. A reminder that it is your professional responsibility to check emails on a regular basis.
Start Strong Scores
Look for an email with the Start Strong scores that will be sent this week. These scores can be used for your SGO data.
As discussed in the math department meeting, the 10th & 11th grade math teachers should plan to share the PSAT Test Organization presentation with their students the week of October 3-7.
Problem of the Day
An interesting bit of data - the highest math section score on the PSAT 2021 was by Andres Jaquez-Cruz with a 740. He achieved that mark as a 10th grade student. Congratulations Andres!!!

APPALACHIAN TRAIL UPDATE
My cousin made it to mile 2000 on the Appalachian Trail! Good thing there are only 188 more miles to go - it is getting cold on top of the mountains. Now I understand why he likes the beard. 😎😁
